The trains may be upstairs, but this McDonald’s makes the train wreck that happened in East Palestine, Ohio look like a nursery school. I have been been to many a bad food place in my day, but this one is definitely at or very close to the bottom of them all. For starters, when you walk in to make your order, what’s supposed to resemble lines are more akin to a mosh pit with no sense of rhyme or reason. To add to that, many times you’ll be witness to people cutting through the line, and/or hearing someone’s explicative laden objections to such. Then as you look at the menu board, it’s hit or miss because chances are the board is either out or completely devoid of prices listed. Even so, if there are prices listed, there’s a better than 30% chance that at least one or more items will ring up higher than the price listed on the menu board (a violation of state consumer laws). After receiving your food, and shaking off the tenth person asking for money or food, you then proceed to find (or try to find) a table for some at least semi relaxing eating discourse. If you’re fortunate to find a table, you can relax assured that your experience will produce only dyspepsia. For in the time it takes to ingest the food, the following will take place. You will have the pleasure (?) of seeing people engaged in the following activities: sleeping at, on, or even under the table, just sitting there staring into space neither eating nor drinking, just sitting around listening to some recording artist hurling monotone F Bombs at top volume, or being in the presence of someone while inhaling the acrid odor of cannabis derivatives on that person, all with an alleged security person or cop in sight. If that’s your idea of a fun meal experience, bon appetit. For the rest of you normal human beings, keep a clear distance, and take your appetite somewhere else. You’ll save yourself the headache and indigestion.

My experience at the Penn Station McDonalds could have been better. The positives were my burger and fries were fresh, it’s a convenient location and it’s an older location with old pictures on the menu and old logos for a bit of McDonald’s nostalgia. The bad part is there are lots flies the store is dirty and the employees are rude. The menu also is not displayed.

This busy restaurant offers an extensive menu. The stand out dishes were the stuffed scallops, grilled octopus, croquettes and dessert options. The cocktails options were also great…the gin tonic was nice and botanical. Main dishes come with sides for the table including homemade chips. The staff is warm and attentive.

McDonald’s at Newark Penn shows a lack of quality surveys at McDonald’s company. For over an year their menu display has been non operational. On top of it the place is filthy during almost every visit i have made with employees that don’t seem to care. If McDonald’s was ensuring quality at its locations, this consistently bad location couldn’t have been missed.

McDonalds should be ashamed of themselves for charging $8.30 for 1 SMALL Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon QP. OVER PRICED!! 1/2 slice of bacon and 4 jalapenos (either canned or jarred). Got me once never again!

Food & service was great. However the atmosphere could’ve been better but I can’t hold that against them because not all customers are tidy.

Uh I couldn’t find it which is pretty s*** . No signs up or anything. I still don’t even know if it’s there. I’m not from America and honestly I don’t really like this part of the country.

Ordered online and it took over an hour and a half to arrive to a location less than 10 minutes away. The fries were ice cold and everything made me sick shortly after eating my order. Listen to the other reviews on here and don’t order from this store. Ugh, Never again.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to. No SAUCE. NO DECOROM, WEIRD PEOPLE, NO SERVICE, CRAMPED SPACE, HOT AS HELL, AND NOT ENTERTAINING. I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO BUT SINCE I CAN’T I GIVE IT…A ONE.

I frequent here because it’s convenient to my work location and I always have issues at this store. The homeless are always in this McDonalds in your face asking for food or money or rambling to themselves out loud. The cops dont care, they dont do anything about this problem. The managers dont care, they dont do anything. In fact one manager is consistently rude and racial profiling customers. Once I left the store and went to my work location which is in the same building, and realized my order wasnt complete so I went back with my receipt and stated to one of the workers that me order wasnt complete and she stated to me that I was lying and hiding food which was totally untrue. From then on I’d do mobile orders but every time I walk in this establishment, this woman shoots me dirty looks and it’s disgusting. Whoever runs this McDonalds needs to come in, totally restaff, and revamp this McDonalds. It’s dark, it’s dirty, and has bad managers.
