Went to this location at 2am. Ordered the chicken nuggets meal and a triple cheeseburger (specifically asked for only ketchup) at the drive thru. Never received a receipt. When I got home, I noticed that there was a small amount of onions on the bun which could be scraped off. However, someone decided to load up between each of the patties an absurd amount of onions and melted them into the cheese. Luckily, no onions is a preference and not because of an allergy. In all the years I’ve ordered burgers (and worked 16 years in the food industry), I’ve NEVER had ANYTHING stuck between burger patties besides cheese. I know this is not how they normally do things. This was malicious intent. Hope management can address this immediately before someone with an allergy winds up seriously ill because of a disgruntled late shift worker.

Watch your orders and what they give you. Very often they try to over charge you, lie or “forget” your food. The cooks are great food taste well I prefer the other McDonald’s in Parsippany their customer service is significantly better.

Very weird experience, found on McDonald’s app and went there. Waited in the drive thru lane for 2 mins and said “Hello” to the machine occasionally, no one answered. Then there’s a lady saying something ambiguously and I barely here anything. I get it it’s a midnight shift but if you decided to come to work, at least show some effort that you put into this work.

Abysmal experience trying to get service at 4:30 am. I sat at the drive through and got no response, I knocked on the locked door to request drive service and they said ok and did not come. I pulled up where the manager was sitting next to the window on a computer, I knocked on it asking for service and with a nasty attitude she gestured me to the speaker and took my order in a needlessly abrasive way. This whole thing took a total of 20 minutes. I was the only costumer there the entire time. When I paid I was told cash only, when I gave them the money to pay the employee took it and came back to the window telling me they do not have change to give me.

This location is by far the cutest mini mcdonald’s locations that i’ve seen . It’s not your everyday looking Mcdonald’s . Very different . Service was excellent here and they followed request of 3 barbecues which not many locations do .
