The very worst McDonalds EVER!!! Been in line for 10min just to give my order. I should have driven to the McDonalds on Post Rd in Fairfield, I would have gotten my food faster. This location does not provide FAST FOOD service.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. From flat drinks to endless times they’ve been out of soda or even cheese? I have no idea how this mcdonalds even functions. If you ask for modifications to your food it’s COMPLETELY wrong and if you order more than 1 item they almost always just enter one thing on the screen its like they wear ear protection when they take your order and end up getting nothing you ask for. Absolutely terrible. How do you run out of drink cups and basic menu items? Don’t waste your time. Has happened SO OFTEN. How are you guys still in business??? Who is the manager???? This last time was my last straw. Out of burgers, Cheese, frozen drinks (almost every time with the frozen fanta why even advertise it) LARGE CUPS anything you can think of yet anything they do have available tastes like they dunk it in toilet water. Disgusting. Close down.

I went through the drive thru today and purchased a drink and a couple more items. When they handed the soda to me it was hot and i asked for ice at that time i was informed that the ice machine was down so i proceeded to ask for a refund and was never offered anything it’s place when i asked for a cone in its place the manager said it would ruin their inventory and began yelling at the young man in the drive thru. I pulled around the building and asked her not to yell at the young man and she began to rant about how she is aggravated as well as overwhelmed. I then told her that it is very unprofessional to yell at an employee. I asked for her name and was denied by the manager whom turned her back of me as well as the African American standing next to her. If i could rate less i would. Shame on you guys for allowing people with these behaviors and attitudes to work for you.

This specific McDonald’s is notorious for making mistakes for drive-through orders. Without exaggeration, approximately 50% to 70% of our drive-through visits result in meal order mistakes ranging from missing drinks, missing fries, wrong toppings, missing sides. After the first 10 or so mistakes we learned our lesson and literally unbag everything at the drive-through window before driving off to avoid having to circle back around or even worse, get home and have to drive back to the store. On more than one occasion where we’ve had to drive back to the store, the manager on duty intently scrutinized our receipt and bagged order, assuming we were being deceptive to get “free” food, asserting that the missing item(s) were in the bag and we removed them.
