I would not recommend going here. This place will completely mess up your order as well as your attitude. My family and I decided to order 2 blue slushy and 1 red slushy with chicken nuggets. When we made it up to the drive threw to order she said there were no red slushy so we ordered 3 blue slushy. Later to find out at the pay section another employee said there were no more blue-slushy with an attitude when trying to confirm the previous employees statement . I don’t recommend coming here!!

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever delivered for. Orders are rarely ready and usually are only started after I arrive and give them the order number. As a customer, this place is horrible, too. Most McDonald’s in Fairfield County have better rewards through the app. All of the employees are great except for one Hispanic lady in her 50’s / 60’s. She may be related to Satan, though, so it’s totally understandable.

This place literally never fails to disappoint. I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. I literally got that… Nothing else. You reading this you are like well that’s what you asked for seems normal. No. I got a burger, cheese, bacon and enough grease to keep my cars good for another 6k miles. The nuggets,literally dog food, they’re inedible to me and I feed them to my dog as a treat. They’re flat, taste like old oil, burnt. I only go to McDonald’s when I’m too tired to cook and I just want to sleep, thank you for reinforcing why I should have just had sleep for dinner.

The quality is on par for what it is but you can get much better food cheaper at a deli. The place is clean enough but very boring looking. Staff vary- why do they ask about the app, surely I would tell them. It is annoying.

Whenever I’m in Monroe, I love stopping at the McDonald’s! It’s super clean, and the atmosphere is great! The workers do a great job, and the food is fresh here. The fries are always hot and crispy. When I used to work here, I stopped by all the time. McDonald’s knows what there doing! Super fast service too. I love using the app and getting the extra deals. My food is ready when I walk in.

The RUDEST staff I’ve ever encountered. It is now becoming a problem just to ask for extra ketchup at the drive thru. Not to mention, you put an order in well over 20 minutes beforehand, the order is not ready and you have to wait another 20 minutes even when it’s not busy!

This McD’s restaurant is one of the cleanest & nicest one I have been too in our local Fairfield county area. Food is always hot, fresh & hardly any long wait times. Drive-thru is quick & easy. They will also bring your food to you if there is a bit of a wait time. There is handicapped parking right at front area, along with wheelchair accessible. Great local place for everyone young & old.

The welcoming atmosphere in this particular McDonald’s sets it apart from many others. The spotlight goes to a gentleman named Omar who welcomes everybody with this incredible smile and impeccably follows up with you to make sure everything was satisfactory with your order. He changes the perception of your experience from going to a McDonald like many to going to a fine restaurant where great service is a fundamental staple. Kudos Omar!

Something is always missing wrong or ice cold in my order. It takes a minimum of 7 employees to fill a simple order and the wait times are beyond ridiculous. Today was beyond anything else. Ordered a few things for my family and a happy meal for the little one. The happy meal came no box toy missing a nugget frozen fries and per usual half a napkin and no sauce. Get it together your job isn’t even that difficult.
