I think the workers were having some difficulties in the moment as I saw them cleaning up a spilt beverage in the drive through window as I pulled up. I ordered a few desserts but they forgot to give me my ice cream cone and I didn’t realize until I got back home. When I came back, they apologized and I’m pretty sure they loaded more ice cream on the coffee than usual.

I hate that when you go inside they will serve drive-thru much faster than they will serve you and this is at every McDonald’s since I work there 15 years ago. Please treat the people that come in better. I had to walk back and grab my own food or I would have been waiting there God knows how much longer. Manager was very professional when I confronted him about the incident even though it seemed like he was reading out of a book. Offered me a refund but I declined as I had my food.

This location has improved overall from where it was last year. New management keeps the drive-thru efficient. This location only has 1 drive-thru lane. So the line may take a bit longer compared to dual locations. Everything has always been served hot and fresh. Use the McDonald’s app for daily deals such as $2 any breakfast sandwich, which I often use while I’m out working. It’s also very convenient to order, pay with my digital wallet. Drive on up, park and have it brought to me or having it ready inside for my arrival, the options are perfect. McDonald’s has always been King of fast food!

Every time I come to just this location they either forget half of what you ordered, food is put together sloppy, or they want you to pull up so there’s numbers are good. FYI I don’t care about your numbers. If nobody is behind me why am I pulling up.

Prices are significantly higher here and at the location just north of here compared to the majority of other McD’s restaurants in the vicinity. Nevertheless, this restaurant is always clean and the staff consistently keeps “fast food” going. Great management. If it weren’t for the elevated prices here I would give it a 5 star. Also, the entrace is a little steep for some cars and traffic can sometimes be a little quick from sides.

Walked into this restaurant and asked the manager for assistance with my McDonald’s app whereas she just looked at me rather than offer me assistance, I left then came back figuring out how to properly use the app and she ignored me and took other orders but mine so I left. Try the McDonald’s across from Stop and Shop instead as it’s worth it.
