I came here for lunch. It’s McDonald, the food is not bad. I’m not a fan of relying on the machinery instead of customer service. Sometimes, it takes a while to get someone.

I am never one to really write reviews, but when it comes to the experience I had today regarding customer service, I needed to speak up. I had just got out of work from a long shift and was hungry and tired. There was a little bit of a wait with the car in front of me. When it was time to get get my food the guy at the window was exceptionally professional. His name is Jayden or I think it is Jaden. He apologized for the wait and started up a very pleasant conversation, not something you get at a fast food restaurant. I noticed as I was about to drive off I was missing my fry order. He apologized profusely and asked me if I would not mind waiting so I can have a fresh bag of fries. I have never experienced this kind of attentive service at a fast food restaurant. Usually they hand you your food, bag closed and ship you off. You usually find out after if something is not right or missing. Everyone knows McDonald’s fries are best fresh! Thank you!

I got fries, a double cheeseburger, and mcchicken from drive through, and while I’m typically a believer in say something nice or don’t say anything, I’m forced to review the terrible food quality. My chicken was dehydrated to the point where portions of it were no longer chicken, just breading and gristle. The chicken was so thin and dehydrated, it couldn’t have been more than a millimeter thick in total. Also, my fries came with majority crispy dregs as I call them. I accept a certain percentage of fries not being plump, potato tasting but rather mostly fried crisp, but that percentage shouldn’t drastically outnumber the normal looking fries, which was the problem here. Even if I went right before closing, I wouldn’t expect such poor food quality, but I went over an hour before close. Unacceptable and I won’t be back.

I was told the apple pies were dropped, though the strawberry pies were piping hot so for starters I was lied to and to top it off while waiting for them to “fix” the order that I knew for a fact they didn’t complete so decided to lie to me, our frappes were melted by the time I got back home. Then to find out the filet fish had a half slice of cheese and practically no tartar sauce, the mcchicken was as dry as the Sahara . I suggest thoroughly checking your food prior to leaving. I will be doing that from now on and i will continue to review this location as I do many reviews for numerous businesses to help customers out.

I feel there’s no help from Big y conglomerate. Pandemic is over for a long time. Your high prices haven’t even started to come down. And the reason why? Your the only grocery store in my town. Terrible , your high priced food is.

If you like waiting 15 min in the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich and still have to go inside for the right one, if you like your mc crispy with half a gallon of mayo, if you like cold soggy fries and a crass, inpatient manager that doesn’t care about rectifying issues than the stafford springs McDonald’s is THE place for you! It’s just fast food not a 5 star restaurant. But the food is consistently wrong, every time. Step it up, our town could definitely benefit from a better establishment.
