The food is good. They kinda threw together one of the sandwiches I ordered, and it was all scattered inside the box. There wasn’t too many people inside and it was COLD…even the employees were wearing winter jackets inside.

I understand it gets busy, but when you don’t hand out a complete order it just makes your job harder. If you see there’s a drink with the order or sauce with the nuggets, just hand out the cup or put the sauce in the bag so you can completely move onto the next customer.

Ive never had a McDonalds make more mistakes than this one. The Wendys nearby doesnt have the issues, the Popeyes doesnt have the issues. For some reason this McDonalds is consistently wrong when doing orders. At a certain point its a managment issue, not a worker issue. This has been going on for years. Truly one of the worst fast food spots in this area. Kinda pathetic.

This is not the McDonald’s to go to early in the morning. This is my 2nd incident. They open at 6. I was in the drive through at 6:04 and there was a sleepy girl getting out of her car going in. 2 cars behind me…..I left and went 1 minute up the street. They were ready to go. Coffee was done, food was prepped. Funny thing is when I drove back by the original McDonald’s the 3rd car was still waiting to pay. Save yourself the aggravation, just go up the street. The service is MUCH better.

I don’t eat McDonald’s often, but when I do get a craving this is the location closest to me. In my last 3 or 4 visits it has taken an absurdly long time to get food when there are virtually no other guests in there and I don’t think my order has ever been correct. Tonight we were missing an order of McNuggets (which I didn’t catch until I got home) and I had to wait to get someone’s attention for the drink I ordered. This will be my last visit to this location. When I’m in the mood for junk food I’ll go to Wendy’s or another McDonald’s location.

One of the slowest McDonald’s ever. Told me to hold on at the drive thru but completely forgot about me but was sweet and apologized because she just got over the lunch rush. The girl who handed me the food was rude as hell when I went inside to get my bbq sauce because when she forgot it and instead of saying “you welcome” when I said “thank you” she said “yup” with an attitude. Some customer service lessons need to be taught to her.

Just leaving from this McDonald’s and unfortunately the little girl at drive Thur doesn’t pay attention or knows how to count…. And the manager that’s there now doesn’t know how to do her job I asked her to run the cameras back to see her employee running her mouth talk to another employee instead of paying attention to her customers instead they both gave attitude whoever runs this McDonald’s needs to better at getting better employees that knows what they are doing poor customer service and disrespectful workers
