I’ve never had a good experience at this mcdonalds. I go here because it’s local and close to where I work at lunch time. I’ve never had a time where something didn’t go amiss. You will wait 10 minutes in an empty line, they will not open at the time they say in the AM, they will send you to wait for your food on the other side to keep their drive thru times down in review, they will get you order wrong, they will have the kitchen in disgusting shape, every other worker is actually special needs, which is not a problem in itself in my opinion but there needs to be a point where you go okay 5 out of 10 of our crew are like that and it’s affecting everything they are responsible for. Not trying to sound hateful or bigoted but it’s wild how many work at this store. I won’t extrapolate on why I believe that’s the case, it could be some sort of quota they have to meet, it could be the fact that they don’t actually have to pay them minimum wage (look into that it’s messed up) I really don’t know though. Avoid this mcdonalds though complete nightmare.

First time I have ever left a Google review. Went to Ellington McDonald’s this morning. Noticed my coffee being made incorrectly and asked them to stop and make it as I had asked. Was rudely told that I had ordered it the way it was being made and was then just glared at. There are a few very good employees but most are not fit to work in a service industry. I believe the only reason this location stays in business is because it carries the McDonalds name and it’s the cheapest option within a 5 mile radius.

If I could give them less stars I would. Me and my girlfriend did dinner here 6/27, spent roughly $30 on two combo and 2 McFlurrys. First off I was asked to pull around to keep there drive thru times down. 2 vehicles were served before I was then I was handed a greasy bottom bag and the guy that brought it out forgot the McFlurries. I’ve had milkshakes thicker than that McFlurry. Finally got home and opened up a greasy as hell double quarter pounder and under cooked. Better off going to another McD’s or better yet another fast food chain.

Had to edit my review as this place has gone far downhill. I went with my two young children last night. The front entrance was so slippery that my 8 year old daughter fell down as soon as she stepped foot in the restaurant. From the bathrooms to the door there was a slippery, soap or grease type substance on the floor. When I told the workers what happened, no one apologized. They just grabbed wet floor signs and put them out.

McDonalds keeps trying but they just can’t match the salads at Wendy’s. This mcsalad had a few inedible chunks of lettuce and the chicken was cold and rubbery like it was old and overcooked. The bacon was good and seemed freshly grilled and the three small slices of tomato were very good.
