As any average American, I’ve been to Mcdonald’s so many time in my life I couldn’t fathom to count. That being said, this is probably the absolute worst experience I’ve had at Mcdonald’s. Took 40 minutes in Drive thru and the entire order was messed up. My burger was missing ingredients and had two bottom buns. The iced coffee was full of coffee grounds, and I didn’t order an iced coffee, I had ordered an espresso drink. Not to mention the food tasted older than dust even though they were so busy. Customer service was extremely lack luster, the employees looked lifeless and melancholy. I wouldn’t trust them with any tasks that require more than two steps.

I orderd over the Kiosk. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. My sluchie was half melted not a single item we ordered was warm. Both meals we ordered was very sloppily put together. Almost all the tables were dirty and the restaurant wasn’t even busy.

For a McDonald’s, it was comfortable, the food got there quickly and was brought to our table, which was nice. It was very clean, and while the employees didn’t really speak to us, they didn’t seem impolite, just busy. The food was extremely overpriced. The fries were really good, but the chicken we got was just okay. About what you’d expect from McDonald’s.

Every time I go through the drive-through here it seems like the person that’s on the reciprocating end taking my order always seems like they are in a bad mood or in a really big hurry. My order is Almost always wrong or something is forgotten. It seems like it’s really been hard for McDonald’s to find workers that are compatible with their fast paste food ideas… What works for most may not work for all and my family avoids going here almost at all costs… Unless we need a French fry a cookie and maybe a soda or a water….

My 4 year old daughter spilled her Hi C. I proceeded to clean up as much as I could. A young man came out to mop. As I’m talking to my daughter I told her it was not ok to throw our drinks. He says very rudely, “It’s not a good idea to be giving your toddler soda anyways. Then it wouldn’t have happened.” Excuse me? Who are you to judge my parenting? Won’t be going there again!
