When you go to a McDonald’s in any state there is something comforting about it because you pretty much know what you’re getting! However, this one was very disappointing in a lot of ways. It was well staffed, which was nice to see. But the service was just horrendous the couple times I stopped in while I was in town. The employees would be talking to each other and not even stop their conversation while I was giving them my order. It isn’t like I interrupted them either, they would ask me to start and then keep talking to their coworker. My order also came out wrong, which is frustrating.

They used to be organized and it appeared the owner/s were there on a daily basis. They used to out pace the Burger King drive thru across the street at a rate of 4 to 1. Now the owners aren’t there and Burger King is serving much faster. Is there something I don’t know about asking for a cheeseburger without pickles and onions that gets you a free half a gallon of ketchup as a substitute?

Went to drive thru but took so long that I went in. After seeing 4 people get served that ordered after me and they were off the breakfast menu too I asked why. Jeff the manager really couldn’t give me an answer but again served another person that ordered after me. Then jeff kept coming back to me with attitude and asked me if I wanted my money back.

Went thru the drive thru. I ordered 1 double cheeseburger and a small fry. I paided and moved to next window. Was only 2 people in front of me. No one was behind me. When I got to second window, no one came, I waited and waited, By then the line behind me was as long as I could see. I finally knocked on the window. Took forever for someone to come. When somone finally came to the window, I asked them how long does it take for 1 double cheeseburger and 1 small fry? She closed the windows came back 10 minutes later and said for me to move to #1 parking area for drive thru. As I waited I saw all the cars that were behind me in line, get their food no problem, as I waited another 10 minutes, finally went inside to demand my money back and tell them what I thought of their service. I have never been treated so badly at McDonalds before. When I went inside, I was told there was a problem with fry order, Really, that’s the worst excuse if I ever heard one. Shouldn’t take a half an hour to get such a small order when everyone else behind me seemed to be getting their orders. I am very displeased with your service.

I visited the place in January 2023. I was the second car in the line at drive through, but I managed to take a nap while waiting. When I got my fries it looked and tasted like I got them a couple days ago and forgot them in my fridge. Not coming back
