Arrived with just 2 cars ahead of me. One was just finishing its order. That car moved to the pick up window. 30 minutes later, the car in front of me still hadn’t been able to place their order. So I left. As I drove around, the previous car had been long gone. It’s like they just stopped working. If it is very understaffed, maybe it shouldn’t be open.

The service was amazing! The girl with pink hair working the drive-through window was very cheerful and made our experience unforgettable with her incredible customer service. We had a large order and it all came out correctly and quickly. Everybody was very kind and professional. Would 100% visit this McD’s again!

We met a manager that had worked an opening shift at another location, then was closing this one. You would never know it. He had the friendliest smile and was so kind and helpful.

Lobby has been closed due to low staffing so the drive-thru line is clown shoes. Best bet is to just mobile order. The only thing that brought this up from a 2 star is the fact that their shake machine is operational 90% of the time… Which around here is def a big deal

Trash outside icecream cone should be 3 oz. Manger was very angry when I ask to weight the cone. It was a mess, her works were take you business some please else gave me back my money. Need new Manger, need a good cleaning. The State needs to do a inspection.

Its extremely rare they serve ice cream or milk shakes even tho McDs notmally should serve ice cream and shakes due to their machine being broken down. There are a select few really good workers that serve u in good timing. Otherwise there are a lot of younger. Newer staff that are not very prompt. Its common to wait at least 10+ minutes

Speak clearly, check your order and you’ll be fine. We’re all human and if I didn’t customize every dang order I’m sure I’d be fine. However aside from the NOT plain burgers I’ve received, it’s a clean, quiet place to eat and fast if nothing else.
