The dense manager and her snarky girl gang need to get a grip. Came here to write my experience, turns out it’s the same as everyone else’s. Bottom of the barrel management and customer service. If there was a competency test in order to work here, none of them would be employed.

Foods almost always cold by the time you get it and the people working there generally really either simply don’t care or they really are completely clueless. All in all I give the Food a 1star but hey it’s fast food that pays kinda a given but the service gets about a 1/2 a star and that’s only for the rare one or 2 employees that are even relatively capable to do there job.

Whenever I go here I always get a large complicated iced coffee and they always seem to get it right on the first time sometime they don’t and when I ask for a new one if it wasn’t made right on the first one they are always polite and always seem nice about masking a second one just the way I like. To be honest the staff here are always more polite and courteous unlike Caribou , Main McDonald’s. Unfortunately I have not been to this McDonald’s in about a year now but like I said better staff here at the PRESQUE ISLE one rather than CARIBOU.

The manager here today, Izzy, (the name I was given) does a very poor job not only at customer service but proper management of employees and the food is horrible. I waited in line for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement and no one else in line. I placed an order at the Kiosk and no receipt for my orders. I’ve mentioned this issue before but no one cared to do anything about it. I witnessed employees just laughing standing around while I had to wait an absurd amount of time for the food that arrived COLD. Very unprofessional.

I liked the service but I had food missing from my order after they tried handing me someone else’s order. Normally I love going here but I did pay for my entire order.

Besides the insanely long lines, I enjoy going here. The staff are all friendly and a few are very energetic and welcoming. I’ve only had one time where my order was wrong but it was busy so it’s understandable. It happens. The place has always been clean when I’ve gone in. I usually use the drive-thru, though. Just a reminder to customers that they are trying and I’ve seen some pretty nasty customers, purposely blowing smoke into the windows, being rude, etc. The staff is doing the best they can with the crazy amount of customers they have on a normal basis.

I ordered two medium coffees for my wife and I. The clerk at the window passed over the coffees and as I was handing them to my wife coffee spilled out of one and onto my lap as the plastic lid wasn’t fully secured around the rim of the cup. I reacted by putting my hand (the one holding the cup) back outside the window to prevent further spillage. Being an extremely windy day the plastic lid blew off the cup and I was left with a half cup of coffee which in the end I purposely finished emptying onto the ground to avoid further spillage inside the vehicle. Please insure that the plastic lids are fully secured around the cups before handing them to customers.

Food was good as always. The floors were a bit sticky. The tables and chairs were pretty dirty as well. Everything could’ve at least used a wipe down.

Not really open until midnight. Ordered on the app at 11 p.m. for curbside. Went to the location waited for my food and it never came. Went into the restaurant at 11:15 to learn that they didn’t make my order and weren’t going to because even though it says midnight they technically close at 11. Recieved no help but plenty of excuses from 3 different people. They should change their hours or actually work until the time they advertise.

It’s McDonalds…so as far as the food goes….standard McDonalds. Tasty and consistent. It’s also fast food…..they employ young people and sometimes orders get messed up….check your bag if you’re in drivethrough….they will ALWAYs make it right if they messed up. Staff is always nice and I’ve never had issues with getting friendly service.
