Daytime managers and work sees seem to way better. This is twice that I ordered online, from work and still waited over 20 minutes for my prepaid food. The first time I was told it was because my location did not trigger an order until I was close enough so I turned off my location service and hit the “I’m here” button 10 minutes from the location. Still currently waiting and read some reviews before deciding to also leave one. I don’t feel alone but this is sad. Management is key. Daytime is better.

Waited at the drive in window and not 1 person said I’ll be right with you. Because it had been my 1st time mobile ordering and drive through pick up so I didn’t know if it worked properly. At least the person standing there could’ve acknowledged me.

We waited in the drive through for ever! Fast food???? Lol. I didn’t order anything special. And after we got to the window for our food we were told to pull forward and wait some more!! It was a cheeseburger a hamburger a filet o fish and two small fries!!!

The young female worker was very rude when I kindly asked her about the pre-order machine not printing my receipt. She spoke to me as if I didn’t understand how to use the machine and then said she had no idea how to use it, what my number is, or what I should do even though I paid. She then proceeded to walk away and begin cursing about the machine and how stupid customers are, etc. My children’s cheeseburgers were also poorly put together. The older woman working who brought our food out was very kind though and apologetic.

Usually pretty fast service. Most of the staff is pretty nice. It can be a little messy, and if you don’t use the screens inside it can be a while before someone comes to you. But otherwise it’s a McDonald’s. It’s fast food and the quality of it is pretty good for McDonald’s food.

3 managers standing around with one poor kid in the kitchen cooking everything. Horrendously slow – 20mins to get 2 burgers to go. Several folks marching in with their incorrect drive-thru orders. District manager needs to staff up this place or corporate needs to visit and raise wages to attract more workers.

It’s hard to review food at a fast food chain, except the sandwiches are made very sloppy sometimes. The service here is also very very low, they don’t even seem to acknowledge the customer at all. Any extra request seems like a major inconvenience and I felt like an imposition just buying lunch…let’s step up the service my dudes!

We always use this McDonald’s and usually have a very good experience. I don’t know if they were short staffed because of it being Father’s day or what.We even had a long wait for them to take our money and even longer for our food which was warm not hot.
