Tonight my girlfriend made a mobile order for two apple pies for this location. we waited in the spot for a minute and a nice young man came outside and he said “hey, I’m sorry for the disappointment but we have no apple pies and no chocolate milk” but he brought regular milk and some blueberry pies, offered us free bakery item coupons and said if we came back in a few minutes he would have the pies ready. We came back and he (I think he said his name was Nick?) gave us two Hot apple pies and didn’t charge us! I just want to express how much I appreciate him going above and beyond. You can just tell he does a good job and is thorough, He also has exceptional customer service skills! Thank you (Nick?) and the woman working tonight as well, you both were awesome and I hope you are paid well.

Visited 12/31 around 2:00. Had a minor issue which was quickly resolved with the utmost professionalism by manager and staff. Having once worked a similar job many years ago, I know how thankless this work can be. It’s important to applaud integrity and hard work when you see it.
