Stopped for a quick bite, ordered a sausage cheese muffin no egg and 1 hash brown. 3.26. Got the food, opended the bag, muffin, sausage patty, egg. No cheese, no hashbrown. And these kids wants 17 an hour.

AWFUL! We ordered food to dine in, they put our food in takeout bags. My boyfriend and I both ordered large fries and they were not even half full of fries. I was given sweet tea instead of the unsweetened tea I ordered. We had to return to get ranch that I also ordered and paid for. The ketchup dispenser was empty, we had to wash our own table to be able to sit down. and the staff was rude! Glad I don’t live in the area and have to come here!

First time we went two weeks ago there were 3 or 4 teenagers working there behind the counter . Then one of their friends came in and they were just talking away . Meanwhile the garbage was so full in the dining area it was falling out on to the ground . Every table was really dirty and we had to wipe our own down . All the time the workers were have a grand time fooling around in the kitchen area .

The worst McDonalds staff ever. Even the management told me it’s too bad it’s taking so long. They are short staffed. I used the app so I would know how long it would take. I bought a happy meal. It took 15+minutes.

When food was ordered in kiosks, order was not brought to table. This was the least of our issues. The ice machine in the dining room was out of order(with no sign), dining room area was a complete mess; all tables were disgusting, and not cleaned; when I picked up my food from the counter and opened it, my order was wrong. I brought it back to the counter and asked for a new sandwich and was given attitude by all parties that I spoke with.

I waited 20 minutes sitting at one window paid for it and still didn’t get the food. I had to go in and show them the receipt wait another 10 minutes to finally get my food. Terrible customer service. Need to train staff better on app. Basically made the whole ordeal my fault would not recommend.

Food was hot and amazing, but those teenagers that work on the weekend are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. Having their phones out while customers are waiting for food in the drive thru, swearing at each other, yelling at each other about orders. Also workers saying they wouldn’t be surprised if this place got shut down. Just unreal.if I could put zero stars I would. Going to Wendy’s from now on.

The place is decent. Ordered sundae and was surprised the ife cream was a bit different than the usual taste and texture. It wasnt bad, but defini they use a different formula or supplier and the sundae was not the usual sundae I am used to other McDonald’s.

This place has somehow gotten even worse over the years. I asked for extra ketchup on my burger. This is what the brainiacs at this restaurant did. I get it: you’re bitter that you have a dead end job and will probably be a loser for the rest of your life. That doesn’t mean you have to take it out on the rest of us. Normally, I wouldn’t post comments like that, but it’s pretty obvious that this was done intentionally. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs. There’s a Wendy’s nearby. Eat there instead.

90% of the time they close about 15-45 minutes early then they are supposed to. The night shift just doesn’t care. The burgers are made sloppy and I have been served cold nasty fries many times. They either are not cooked all the way or grabbed from the bucket they discard old fries in. Night shift is just in such a hurry to get home they don’t care. I’m honestly shocked that management lets this fly.
