This place was beautiful new. Though I’m not a fan of “modernized” mcdonalds, the building was just too gorgeous to complain. The food was delicious too.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in concord. Terrible management long lines, staff never knows what’s actually in stock and the organization of drive thru is abysmal. Poorly run and the wait is never worth the lack of service nor quality you receive. Avoid at all costs.

After waiting 15+ min at the counter with zero acknowledgement from the 4 emoyees that saw me, I was treated very poorly by the employee that finally spoke to me. She told me that ” I dont know why you would just stand there and not say anything to anyone!”. I canceled my Kiosk order and left, later calling to speak with a manager whom was equally unhelpful and rude, telling me that I was supposed to stand at the counter and they would have helped me befor simply saying “thank you” and hanging up the phone. I stood at the counter for over 15min from 8:42-9:05pm.

I get out of work at 11:00 and I feel bad about that guy who comes by when it is closing but when I do, everyone is still super nice! Food is hot. Great job nightshift you guys rock!

I love the bacon mcdouble, but extremely disappointed with the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken seemed to be in long , stringy pieces. Very odd, indeed.

was banned for something i didn’t do. threatened by employees and told a police report was going to be filed for no reason. said employee is just mad my friend quit. hope corporate knows said employee ALSO vapes in the facility.

Nicest interior for a McDonald’s. Service was good. Bathroom was clean but had a busted seat. Wifi available. The food is, well, McDonald’s but my daughter loves the french fries!

Service was fine, place looked relatively clean. But the spicy chicken sandwich should be more than a regular chicken sandwich with cheap and overly plentiful sauce on it. It made a mess of my car and me, like I was a hungry toddler driving.

I usually go just to get my ice coffee and usually have a good experience. After a long day, I was wanting to do a quick and easy dinner for my four kids. I order them all happy meals, and asked for them to make the hamburger happy meal with a fresh change of gloves due to a severe dairy allergy. The lady at the drive thru attitude changed and seemed to be put out by this request. When we got our food, my daighter hamburger had cheese on it, and she was not able to eat it. So a quick and easy meal for my daughter’s turned into three happy children and one child miserable who didn’t get the treat her siblings got.
