I have been debating making a review. I am a department manager for another McDonald’s. I come to your store because its down the street from where I live. And I like having hot food. Every single time I have ordered at your store, my order has been messed up. I placed a mobile order once for 10 sandwiches. Two of them were missing that was a special order. And they stuffed 8 sandwiches in one bag! I know from working in my store, that is unacceptable and it should have been put into two bags.

Drove through at 6:30pm on 07/01/2023. Ordered a Mc Chicken, Big Mac and small fries. Got home and found that the Big Mac did not have “two all beef patties.”. None. The bun, oozing “special sauce”, lettuce and a pickle chip. That’s it. Oh, and I had to heat it up because everything was cold. I live 5 minutes away. I rarely go here, because there’s always some problem, but my mom wanted me to drive-thru. Never again.

Slowest service ever. Cold, stale breakfast food on several visits. (Does anyone there know how to make a breakfast burrito bigger than a pizza roll?) After waiting in line for 5 minutes just to order, I rounded the corner and saw the line of cars and all 3 Drive Thru waiting spots in the parking lot occupied. I hooked a right and drove away. That would have been easily another 15 minutes of waiting for a Sausage Biscuit and Hash Brown, which they charged almost $7 for. I’ll never go back. Word to the wise – Don’t prepay using the mobile app. You’ll still be trapped in line waiting.

I am a bit indecisive about how many stars to give because this location is so darn inconsistent. One thing you really hope to have when you frequent a fast food join down the street from your home is consistency of service. Unfortunately, in the times where I order a meal large enough for TWO people, there is usually going to be something wrong with my meal. Last time I ordered two quarter pounder meals and got only 1 thing of fries. Another time I ordered a quarter pounder and got a bacon cheese burger..? I really don’t know how staff can mess up my order so many times when its all written on the screen when I pass through the drive through. They punch in the orders correctly, they just don’t read them correctly back in the kitchen for some reason.

Half the order was made fresh , the other half was not . We had gone through the drive thru , and had ordered 6 sandwiches and fries . Half of the sandwiches were fresh made and hot , the others were cooler and and we could tell that they were not fresh made .

AWFUL. I never leave bad reviews but I walked in to order a shamrock shake and no one took my order so I used the kiosk. They never made it so I had to wait and no one asked me what was wrong for 15 min and I went up and they were like okay and preceded to make me a chocolate shake which was just wrong. Biggest waste of 20 min ever.
