Everytime I go here on Sat to get my kid food after she gets out of work its the same service and horrible quantity of food..whoever the owner or manager is either is trying to save on food or has idiot workers. The fries I order are a large and never even filled always 1 inch before tip of carton and soda 1 inch before the top..whats the issue I paid for a large and essentially got a med. $12 for fast food and not even filled.

Placed an order, waited 25 minutes in line only to be told my order had to be “cancelled and reordered” – well that’s great and all, but I used my points and a deal to get my dinner tonight because I live pay check to pay check like most people who buy from McDonald’s and now I’m being told I can’t use my points until they get refunded whenever? Awesome, now I’m not eating dinner tonight because that was all I had.

Awesome new concept!! Self check out kiosk. Place your order step by step instructions. You can custom tailor your order, use coupons from the McDonalds app. You can use apple pay, Samsung pay, cash, or cc. If your dining in, grab a number and the receipt once done paying. Cash payments you have to go to the register with receipt. If you used cc then you take your number and pick a seat. An employee will bring your order to the table. Awesome concept but computer age is sure taking over.

I called the establishment in Cranston on Reservoir Avenue to report a food incident where my relative got food poisoning, she was very very sick after she ate from this McDonald’s. I called to explain to the establishment that my relative ordered a meal and after consumption she had food poisoning symptoms. I wanted to explain that this is a very serious health concern that this establishment should be more cautious of food safety and health code regulations so this doesn’t happen to any customers. The advice that I was giving she didn’t take into consideration. The customer service from the McDonald’s employee was inconsiderate showing lack of care about the situation. I would rate this place an overall 0 stars but the review won’t let me do so. I HIGHLY suggest not eating at this establishment due to the simple fact they lack in customer service and aren’t food safe and they don’t care about the customers.
