The absolute worst McDonalds ever! The Drive-thru service at night is appalling! My wife and I refuse to go to this McDonald’s just for that reason. Always immature and rude behavior when speaking to customers and taking orders. It is the same young man time and time again! We had to stop the other night 8/23/2023 07:45pm order 58 because of time and as usual the horrible service started with this same young man. Rudely welcomed and it took four time to take my order. Four times I had to repeat a simple happy meal order. When scolded and questioned about behavior the shenanigans stopped but then our food took forever. A simple happy meal at a dead drive thru took over eight minutes. Sad service! I guarantee the numbers are way down at this location because my fellow neighbors are as tired of the lousy service! The McDonald’s at 100 Mendon Rd Cumberland RI down the road a little more is well worth the drive. I also called an spoke to a manager and but not the manager as he said and he could have cared less. Pass on this one friends. This isn’t my first review.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in the area, items are cold, forgotten, or just improperly made and just and over all disaster of a franchise location. I get it’s only fast food and shouldn’t expect superior service but the lack of communication in their kitchen is concerning. Ordered a Big Mac a large fry and a 10 pc waited 10 minutes outside for the fries to be done(understandable I guess) and left and realized that they forgot my kids nuggets I go back and wait an additional 10 minutes for those finally get home with my half cold meal to find out that the Big Mac was made with only one burger patty on it and looked like it was just thrown into a container and sent out. The Managing Partner of this particular location should be ashamed of the quality of service and attention to detail that his location is providing! 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND drive the extra 5-10 minutes and find another McDonald’s

Horrible and downright disrespectful staff! We went here 5 times wether it be grabbing bites to eat after sports or just trying to get a quick meal in before the event. What we get in return for paying overpriced double cheeseburgers, fries, and a happy meal is only one of two fries, 4/6 nuggets, cold fries, sloppy burgers, and long wait times. We understand that it is McDonald’s but you have to have at least three times where you get a paying customers order right. Another time, we got 8/10 nuggets also.
