The food is no bad. The service is pretty fast and acceptable. But the store allows soliciting outside and sometimes doesn’t feel safe to go near the store. The area has a lot of homeless and I often see same bad people hanging around the store. Feel like not a good place to go sometimes.

I went in there 5 minutes ago. I explained to the guy who was on the counter that I didn’t get a McChicken last night that I ordered and he said things to the workers in Spanish and totally ignored me. I am in there every day. I probably will not be back. Thanks for the horrible customer service.

They are pretty good at this location. The drive thru is quick. Sometimes they forgot to get your reward’s number, which is annoying because the drive up automated teller says are you using the McDonald’s app today?

I attempted to use the drive thru code from the app prior to placing my order. I was told that the code was invalid, and after confirming it I attempted to refresh the screen on the app, only to get a message that I could only use a code once per visit. The worker at the speaker suggested I pull off to the side and wait ten minutes so that I could use the app discount again. I asked if they could apply the discount manually since it was clearly a glitch, and I was told they could not. At this point I drove away very disappointed with the lack of willingness by the company and/or location to put the customer first and simply stand on policy without allowing workers the power to apply discounts manually in such situations.
