I saw a manager spit in a sandwich after encountering a rude customer who acted like they knew more about her job. I think it ticked her off. I obviously didn’t order because that behavior unacceptable no matter who tries and ruin your day. Who knows what they do to anyones food. They watch the crew members but who watches the managers ? McDonald’s hire better people you don’t need that representing you. I would not recommend this location.(I tried to contact corporate. No response.)

This place sucks. I went here after ordering on my mobile and they tell me at drive thru they are closed yet it took the $ out of my account. Then I try explain and all I get it hold on one moment then they ignore me. After getting the hold on 4 different time and being ignored I just left. The employees don’t care about customers have no respect for the customers and prob didn’t understand a word I was even saying trying to explain the situation. If I could go lower than one star I would.

The drive thru is *so slow*. They literally take one car’s order, pull them up to the first window, have them pay, send them to the second window, finish their order, and THEN take the next car’s order. No wonder I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, backed up into the rest of the parking lot for the plaza. Management needs to get their act together.

I ordered online and waited in the spot it told me to for 20 minutes, then went inside where they said they didn’t have my order. The manager also locked the doors at about 8:15, when they clearly close at 10. Even some of the employees who were outside at the time got locked out. This is the only review I’ve ever written, and it’s mainly so I can say to go to a different location
