Standard food as expected but this place is notoriouly slow at the drive-thru. It has 2 drive-up order lanes and though it’s not a matter of life or death, the order taker took 2 orders from 2 cars in the other line before taking mine. Every time I come here I always say to myself, Why did I come here?? You see, fast food drive-thrus condition us for a fast experience. When it isn’t it’s almost excruciating.

Hi all, normally I try to be very understanding of mistakes or miscommunication. However, what I do not appreciate is when I wait 15 minutes for my meal, receipt in hand, that I’m accused of being a liar. Your staff, who conveniently did not have her name tag on, argued with me in the middle of the store and said that I told her I didn’t need anything, when in fact I told her I was waiting for my meal.

Staff does not pay attention to safe food handling. They also lie about rank in order to handle situations they are not qualified to handle. Manager was unwilling to comply with having a conversation about my complaint away from his staff who were all being nosy. They don’t know when to wash their hands or change gloves. The fact that a customer noticed 3 problems before management did is an issue.

I mean, it’s a McDonald’s you pretty much know what you’ll be getting here, but I have to say this location has the most friendly and helpful staff out of any other location I’ve been to so far! And, they’re one of the few locations that still carry the orange Hi-C fountain drink which is a bonus.
