UPDATE: I frequently go to this McDonald’s because it is on my way home. I was extremely disappointed with the service today. The woman behind the register was rushing through orders so quickly that I could barely get my entire order in. And even then, she managed to get it wrong. She missed specific add ons to the sandwiches (which I paid for) and added extra items I did not ask for. The sandwiches looked like they were thrown together in haste. And one had so much mayo, that was all you could taste. And, not to seem petty, but, she gave me cash back for the cost of the extra large fries she added to the order but did not reimburse me the taxes I paid nor the add ons. I won’t be returning there. It’s not worth the aggravation.

I don’t eat McDonald’s. I stopped eating them after months ago actually. But the Natick mall doesn’t really have options that I like so I decided McDonalds. The food was fine, all McDonald’s taste the same to me. So I can’t help you much on that end. But the service was extremely fast. The lady taking my order was very kind and the food did seem fresh or as fresh it can be I suppose. But yeah it was a fine exchange, nothing special. Finding seating is the hard part since the tables tend to always be full. But it’s a food court so what are you going to do?

I waited in a long line and presented my receipt to the cashier (which had one of those codes for a free medium coffee that you can receive after filling out an online survey). At first, the cashier didn’t know if he could take it, but after calling a manager over, the manager tells me they can’t accept it, crumples it up, and throws it away. I was kind of taken aback. If you can’t accept it, at least give it back so I can try to use it at a different location. He didn’t apologize at all or explain anything. I’ve never had a problem with this location before, but I guess don’t come here trying to get your free coffee.

I came to the food court with my sister and her friend to get some lunch on 11/17 at 1:25. Our friend ordered a plain cheeseburger and that’s it. She waited for 10 minutes while other people were getting their food, and they had ordered after her. My sister and her friend asked what was going on and the woman told the girls with a bad attitude that the orders go by number and they needed to wait. When our food finally game the woman then said with bad attitude, “you have your cheeseburger now go”. If the woman is gonna have a bad attitude with the customers then she should not be working at the front. Horrible service and bad attitude. Will not be coming back for a while.

I had previously made a purchase at this location, and I completed the survey on the receipt, which was for a free medium coffee. When I went to redeem it, the cashier asked, “what is this for?”. I explained it was for a coffee, and he asked another cashier if it could be used. That guy just said no and quickly crumpled up my receipt with the coupon. No explanation was given. The least you could do is give me back the receipt so I can use it somewhere else, but I guess not. And I had to wait in a long line too.

Arrived around 7 pm on a weekday evening, and there were hardly any people in the food court. I ordered a McChicken, and it was pretty dry and tough – must have been under the heat lamps for quite a while. They were also out of Spicy Buffalo sauce. Not lovin’ it. Server was nice, though, so an extra star for that.
