Went in and ordered a chicken sandwich meal, I asked for it to please be fresh. The young kid at the counter was professional and attentative. His manager came out and reprimanded him for asking for the food to be fresh needless to say it came out cold and disgusting the managers name is Antonio and he closed and locked the doors ar 1033. Gone are the days of quick service and cheap food at McDonald’s. They usually don’t have anyone taking orders and only want you to use the kiosk for ordering. Takes forever to get your food and it’s usually cold when you get it. Shake/ice cream machine never seems to be operable. Overall the restaurant isn’t very clean and service is non existent. If McDonald’s wants to charge these prices they really need to step up their game

A new experience for me, ordering from an electronic kiosk in the lobby was for the most part seamless, although the AI kept trying to up sell by offering more, bigger selections, gets a little annoying when you know exactly what you want, and have to repeatedly decline the upsells. The food was prepared as one would expect. The dining area was clean, and inviting though occupied by a person having a loud discussion by phone in another language, I chose to get it to go.

No one is helping to take your order quickly, one has to wait and absolutely no smiles or greetings from the staff at all. It is not a friendly place. The Quarter pounder was messily constructed and seems to have shrunk in size. McDonald’s needs to up it’s service. Also why does one have to get a quarter pounder with cheese and then ask them to take the cheese off. So you are paying for one with cheese even though you don’t want cheese? There should be an option without cheese, but no, they charge you for a cheeseburger and you have to ask them to take the cheese off. Strange…..

I ordered a large sweet iced tea on the digital machine. I received a large unsweetened icetea. I was given sugar packets. Eventually someone offered a lemon slice. Which I appreciated . The bathroom was clean.

Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. My fries were cold and replaced with soggy, refried fries, the soda was sort of flat, my apple pie said to “enjoy by 11am”, at 2pm and to top it off I found a long black hair in fish sandwich. I saw another customer returning their chicken sandwich as I was getting ready to leave so this seems like a normal experience here so I will avoid in the future.
