I ordered just a sandwich and was charged for a meal. Employee could not give 2 craps and just looked at me. It wasn’t worth the fight so I just accepted the meal (for twice the price). Took it back to the car in the rain and found it was the wrong sandwich. Had to go back in and replace said sandwich because I despise pickles on a chicken sandwich. The manager (or lead) had to explain the ingredients of this chicken sandwich after calling for it 3x (keep in mind, this is a very limited menu for McDonalds as it’s on the turnpike). Overall rest stop time 25 minutes and I didn’t even eat there. Not worth it. Better stops on the way to eastern MA.

Stopped at Blandford at 5:30 they promptly told me they didn’t open till 6 so I drove here door says 6 I stood here for 20 minutes finally another customer got the attention of the worker just standing there and if they were opening which she replied not till 7. Restaurant is clean and not any more price inflated than other service plazas. Employees are baffling slow-moving during a lunch rush. The number of mistakes the cashier made in understanding our order was also surprising. For instance, we ordered a coffee and she asked “cream and sugar?” but the coffee never made it to the order, bill, or counter. We only ordered 3 meals, all normal, so it wasn’t an issue of complexity. Long, long waits for everyone here.
