Decided to come thru the drive thru on my lunch break at 2 AM. Never again, in fact I’ll likely go out of my way to enjoy McDonald’s now. Exceptionally rude person answering the drive thru with obvious signs of disdain that I, a customer, dared come to her drive thru tonight. I then heard someone screaming curses inside as a few more customers apparently drove up behind me. Why operate 24 hours if you can’t realistically handle the load? Two stars only bc the place happened to be open. Edit: 1 stat now as I noticed a funny taste and excessive grease on the outside of my bun, suggesting foul play (likely dipped in grease trap to spiye me fir daring to be a paying customer). If the franchise owner sees this please contact me before I take this to the Division of Health Inspection in Mass.

Worse McDonald’s I have ever encountered in my life! Waited for 20 mins to be told they had no burritos I asked for a refund the manager handed me 5.00 for a 25.89 order. I showed her my receipt she then tried giving me 789 back and that’s when I lost it informed her that I receive no drinks no food therefore she’s going to give me a full refund and she just sat there like a deer in headlights and I told her I would not be moving my car until she gave me my money back. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the McDonald’s on West Housatonic from now on if I was at owner, I would be embarrassed to have somebody like that as my manager.

For an order of a medium double cheeseburger meal, a Happy Meal w a Coke, and a McFlurry, and also I got a double cheeseburger sandwich… This cost me a total of $30+! I actually drove away w my jaw on the seat! This didn’t even feed the 2 youngest kids! Like what the heck McDonald’s? Your burgers & fries used to be where Mom’s could take their kids when payday was in a day or 2, and we needed to conserve funds, but the kids wanted to go out to eat, and have fun! Never again will I make the mistake of falling for this money trap! The food was trash too! Onions everywhere, I don’t have an issue w onions, but if I didn’t get a giant mouthful of raw white onion, my burger was just barfing ketchup out of every direction. Maybe your evening shift employees should take a bit of pride in their work. Or be spot checked on what they serve for quality control. You can forget this customer, my husband refuses to eat here already, and in addition to me I’m taking my 4 kids, and letting everyone I know on social media, and my business page. This is ridiculous, you should be able to find someone to straighten this craphole out. It’s basic business/customer service 101.

On more than 1 occasion I have ordered something and gotten something completely different. Today was egg and cheese on bagel, no meat. a 6.00+ sandwich. I got a bagel with bacon. Last visit I ordered chicken sandwich with cheese.. I got a bun with lettuce, no chicken, no cheese. Most incompetent employees EVER.

Tried to get food but waited 10 to 15 minutes with no one taking my order. Asked for a manager and the manager working on 1/31/23 evening shift was very rude and started to get a nasty tone with me. I never did get an order placed as I have been treated better in worse places. Will only go back if I have to.
