In all honesty, I usually like McAlister. But this time, I went with my son, we ordered 2 BLT’s, was a little soggy but I was hungry. I inhaled mine, but my son found a dead fly stuck to the bread on his last couple of bites … was disgusting to say the least. Of course I ate mine so fast and now I was wondering if there was any in my sandwich. Just ruined the whole meal. Won’t be going back.

Terrible food and service…. Not like any McAllisters anywhere. Being generous with a two star. Employees always sitting by South Door smoking for everyone to smell when walking into the restaurant.

I stop here a lot passing through and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. It’s usually busy but that’s because they have great food. I usually order the Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey or the French Dip and both are very delicious.

If I could give zero stars, I would my avocado was ruined. I asked them for a fresh one, and they didn’t give it to me. They said they would, but they never came back then my other partner that I was with her lettuce was ruined. No good customer service at all!!
