The last time I eat here. The spec on their food portions seem to change from visit to visit. But I bought 2 Bowls of soup for $6.39 a piece, only to have each bowl, 1/2 full. Ordered a BLT & A for $10.29, can you find the avocado in this picture? There wasn’t even a full slice. Then to add insult to injury, selected a cup of soup for my side, only to have that 1/2 full as well. I’m done, for few $$ more I can eat at a FS Restaurant and get a full meal.

On March 14 evening, we ordered a BLT and a Mcalister’s club. We sat down and a few minutes later they brought our food to us. Our BLT plate had a bug coming out from the sandwich before even taking one bite. I immediately let the front cashier know and she notified the manager. They both saw the bug. The cashier didn’t apologize, she just told the manager. The manager away from one other customer said “I’m sorry.” I asked for my refund and that was it. Our appetite was ruined. We will no longer come here. I’ve attached my receipt order here. To main manager: we ordered at 7:40PM, see cameras shortly after when I showed the bug in plate to the cashier.

Food was good, however I won’t be returning. The woman at the counter was extremely rude, gave my service dog dirty looks and was whispering to her coworkers pointing at my dog. She then said “Dogs aren’t allowed here” and I said “She’s my service animal” She then gets argumentative and said “Well you need to provide proof” and I proceeded to correct her that per ADA I am not required to show proof, and that real service animals don’t have papers. That still wasn’t enough so she had another co-worker get their manager, pointing at us and when the manager asked if she was a service animal I said yes and she told her employee I don’t have to provide proof. I got so uncomfortable to the point where I had my husband finish ordering while I went to wait in our truck. As a disabled veteran it’s hard enough going out in public as it is, and my dog is my freedom to be comfortable in public. She’s my medical equipment, same as anyone who is disabled and I was discriminated against.

My food was excellent and served promptly. However, I was in a group of 8. While 6 of us recieved our food satisfactorily, one got a chicken salad with NO chicken and one didn’t get her food at all. Those problems should not have happened but at least should have been resolved immediately.

We tried McAlister’s Deli for the first time last week. We both ordered salads, so we can’t give a review on the sandwiches. However, the salads were excellent. I ordered the same type of salad as I do at Panera and you get way more for your money at McAlisters.

Upon ordering, the two ladies at the register were more concerned about their personal conversation, rather than taking our order. That was just the beginning! Forgot the sauerkraut on hubby’s Rueben. I had some sandwich with roast beef, the big chunk of fat wasn’t very appetizing (that and the hair later found). All this for a whopping $38.50 + tax. The hubby did talk to the Manager who was very nice, and offered to give me 1/2 of the Sandwich left uneaten. Atmosphere – dirty tables abound. Would never go back again.

Love how professional the business is and how clean and maintained the dinner is. The big sandwiches that you can buy and get more than going over to the fire house for a better deal. Spend about $11 for something that’s going to be a 2 meal all in one go. Managers and employees are very polite and patient. When you want something to fill you up quicker and you ask them questions. They’re gonna tell you what’s a big meal for cheap.

The wife and I came here for lunch today. First time for me second time for her. This is a new establishment and I love trying out different places. They had a lot of choices to choose from and I chose their New Yorker sandwich. I got a pickle and some chips along with tea to drink. I took a timid first bite and then after that I tore into it like a rabid wolverine. This sandwich was freaking delicious. I will most definitely be coming here again.
