For a new location they are definitely not up to standards. The tea tasted wrong, service was ok. It took her a lot longer to sign on to a computer to take my order then had I would have waited in the line she called me out of. The club sandwiches are missing pieces of bread, so I had to rearrange the entire sandwich just to be able to eat it. Since I don’t live close by it definitely wasn’t worth the drive!

Good quality food, and fantastic tea. I get half and half and even that can be too sweet sometimes. I’ve enjoyed their salads and many of their sandwiches. Just opened here in SS and there are sure to be little problems here and there but management and their workers seemed to take it in stride. Parking lot needs clearer signs, and they do NOT have a drive though- just a line for mobile order pickup. Weekends will be crazy but I hope it sticks around. Great option away from true “fast food”

Just had the worst customer service where my husband was unsure of what he wanted to eat and she gave an attitude, she also gave an attitude because we didn’t want a dressing with the salad. He didn’t even order for himself after the ordeal so we won’t be coming back to this location. Even wrote into corporate to explain our disgust with the experience we just had.

We have never dined at a McAlister’s before today and although the Sulphur Springs location just opened they’re already doing great. Everything was very high quality, including the tea. And the staff remained polite and fast-paced despite being insanely busy. We’ll definitely be returning!

Nice atmosphere, but I requested no tomato on my mcalistars club, still received tomato, and not once got asked how my meal had been compared to other guests, instead a manager locked eyes walking past, then rushed away to the kitchen after asking the table to my left how their food was
