Customer service was good. The service was quick. Lots of dining space and staff were frequently cleaning tables. I got an Arnold Palmer and it was fair. The southwest chicken salad was large with lots of lettuce. The chicken was tender. The dressing was good just not enough. Sure I could have asked for more but didn’t bother. The BLT was meh. The bacon wasn’t crisp and they didn’t use any sandwich spread. I’ve eaten here before and this was my first average experience. I still rate this location a 4.

I have had only pleasant experiences with this location. I had a failed order in the McAlister’s app and went in store to place my order. About an hour later I checked my email and the order in the app was charged to my account. A quick call to the store and they refunded my ‘failed’ app order; just like that!

Always helpful & kind staff. The restaurant gets wrecked out sometimes, but they stay BUSY! The Savannah chopped salad or the chicken salad sandwich are always my go to…but you can’t forget the tea and a cookie!

Ordered ahead via phone by 6-8 minutes, went in upon arrival and had to wait another 15 minutes. It was a waste of time. Food order was correct, amd tasted OK, nothing special. Wrap kids meal and drinks. Price is increased for kids meal carry out.

Good staff , 1 dollar kids meals all day every day without limitations, decent food, I can feed 3 kids 9,10,11 my wife and myself for 20.00 . Again the food is decent adult meals are like 7.50 and are not required for the kids meal (no limitations). Lemonade is also pretty tasty if you’re into that.

The people here are rude,even the manager, a few people walked in and they were busy with togo orders, did not even acknowledge that we were standing there,they seen us but not even a welcome or we will be right with you. How do you expect to have respectful workers if even the management is rude. I walked out. If you’re in a hurry, find somewhere else. I went on a Thu, and it looked empty.

This nice young lady with the piercings helped me when I was choking to death on a piece of bacon. She gave me cpr (mouth to mouth too) and did everything in her power to help me survive. I am now alive because of this nice girl. #emosrule (whats her number)

Wasn’t sure if I should give this a four or three star. I’ve loved Mccalisters always and been coming to this location for years- but every time in the past year I have gone the quality isn’t there anymore. It’s not like it use to be unfortunately, the employees are usually decent though. Just food isn’t coming out hot or it is simply burnt/over cooked.

I ordered the king club with avocado red onions herb Mayo regular Mayo was ready to Chow down low and behold the avocados were not ready, they were hard and I could not digest it ,so I called McAllister and ask to speak to the manager which was Sonya, told her what I was experiencing she said Well ma’am let me go check my avocados lol, I said what are you going to do to refund me my money for the avocados that I paid for that I cannot eat she said after long pause it was like I just asked her to replace the entire sandwich plus give me free coupons next time you come in we can add avocados to your sandwich or I’ll give you your $2 refund but it’s going to be a minute customer service she has none we all have bad days but that $2 may have been my last $2 and I wanted an edible avocado but McAllister you used to be my favorite I have to think about ordering from you.
