My first time trying McAllisters. I was really disappointed. The sweet tea is… off. It takes more like diet tea. I was really excited for the ‘famous’ tea, too. My sandwich was extremely scarce and not filling. Whoever made it was stingy with the ingredients. The bread was stale. I give 3 stars because my husband enjoyed his food and my broccoli soup was decent.

Always on point when we go, and the service is incredible, very helpful, and nice. Now the lemonades are my personal favorite drink, hands down best lemonade. There was a line, but it didn’t last long. Our food usually takes about 10 minutes to get out, and I absolutely love the outside area, on beautiful days! Stop by get your favorite, a nice cold drink, and remember to tip for them being awesome!

We ordered salads , two came with only iceberg lettuce. Asked why , no response. Called back the day after and talked with the manager Stephanie, said , we may have been out of spring greens. My reply was , 10. Is expensive for iceberg lettuce.

No more chances. We love dining in but Curbside orders are never complete or are unsatisfactory/ disappointing. If we don’t check it, we always get home with things missing. Tonight I checked and i thought we had everything (missing kids cookies!) not only that but the kids fruit side has a MUCH smaller amount than we’re used to (shrinkflation?), and my avocados in my potato are actually rotten…

Having had the Deli items before in a different state…. I knew what to expect food wise-Good sandwich menus. Line was stacking up and A taller gentleman came to the front register to get my order lightning fast.(1 star +) He was super awesome and even whipped up the gallon of tea my dad decided to order late. Our food took super long to get prepared for some reason… When I say super long I mean 10+ minutes.( – 2 stars ) All items came out accurate and hot (1 star +) chicken tortilla soup was tasty, spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, Caesar salad was crisp and green! Big minus was with the tortilla chips for the soup… My hand sealed bag had a Penny in it. If the penny was supposed to be in there – Cool! But just me thinking about how MANY hands not washed had contact with the penny… Chips didn’t get eaten. (- 1 star). Overall my visiting family was not impressed with the speed of service for the price paid…even though I got a penny back. We might give this McAlisters Deli a little time before returning. Wish their gluten-free bread still tasted as good as it used to. I have had to return to a restricted diet, and this was my go-to place for sandwiches. The gf bread was not good at all, in my opinion. The sandwich parts were absolutely fine, as well as the baked potato and brisket my husband had. We will return and still recommend, just not for the GF sandwich bread.

We visited this restaurant and it has been recently remodeled. I find the artwork offensive / very divisive and states a obvious reason for conflict and in todays world racial violence. No matter what color you are this art display/arrangement is disturbing and we will not be returning and will spread the word to others
