I have given this location 3 tries within 30 days to get it right and they just can’t. I don’t like writing bad reviews but after today they left me no choice. First I want to acknowledge the patient,sweet, and kind young lady who was working at the register. She was tall and brown skin and she was trying her best. I made an online order like I always do. I arrived at 11;30 and you all were out of spuds. How are you out of spuds this early after you just opened? So I substituted for a salad with egg no tomatoes. I received the salad and it was loaded with tomatoes and no egg. I never received my ultimate nacho. The cooks were being very rude to the ladies at the register. It was pure chaos in that restaurant. I spent 40 minutes in there and still didn’t receive what I ordered. I just left. This location needs to get organized.

Food was great. The staff leaves much to be desired. It feels like you’re disturbing them when you order or they bring your order to the table. Several workers gathered with friends carrying on conversations while sitting on table tops right next to customers. Makes me wonder where management is at and if they care.

On one hand, the food is good quality. No doubt about that. We typically do office or catering orders either directly for pick up or through door dash. This location really seems to struggle to get everything right on larger orders, even with multiple opportunities. A good spot to stop and dine in, but not recommended for catering or large orders.

We entered the restaurant to a young woman who spoke so quickly that the question she asked us we did not answer because we couldn’t understand it! When we placed our order at the front counter it was sticky with traces of drinks. As we paid our bill at the counter we were asked what amount tip we wanted to leave. Now I don’t tip on service that I haven’t received folks! You are wanting tip to take my order and bring my food to the table, because we had to go get our drinks refilled, the Mac and cheese was runny and temperature inside was far too cold!!

Not what it once was. Bad attitudes. Microwaved (and re-microwaved) dried out food. Flavorless. Dangerous wet floors in the dining area. Sick stomach since eating. Highly recommend you avoid until ownership change/shuttered (which is inevitable with this bad of product and service). I do not leave a lot of reviews. This one is for your safety!

Guess I’m a person that leaves google reviews now because I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse restaurant experience. Had a gift card for $40 and haven’t eaten there in ab 10yrs. Def will not go back or least to this location. The place was completely empty at 6 on a Sunday so that should’ve been first red flag. No one greeted me when I came in even though there was at least 3 people behind in the kitchen – a lady eventually looked out the kitchen window, but did not speak to me or even really look AT me, though it’s impossible she didn’t see me. Thankfully I placed my order online and just took my bag off the shelf after a couple minutes of standing around. I should’ve checked for everything because they forgot one of our sides and left a potato without half the fixings. If we didn’t have the gift card we would’ve been out of almost $50 for dry, bland, lukewarm food and absolutely no service whatsoever. I can spend the same money on a really nice steak place literally 3 min from this McAlister’s and get drinks for two and ACTUALLY get service.
