I am beyond disappointed. We spent $50 here just to get the worst food possible in town! My bread was soggy on all 4 meals not to mention the amount of meat on the sandwich and the old nasty potatoes they served with bare minimum bacon and cheese! I will never eat here again and will definitely be contacting the GM of this location! Absolutely insane! Not to mention they are very rude and make you feel extremely unwanted we came to eat at the restaurant but after 5 min decided to order to go and now I wish we just would have never ordered to start

Carrot cake to die for & always my usual Spudmax doesn’t disappoint! Wash those windows & tend to the restroom trash piled up at opening with a Mgr or DM or owner (idk) sitting in the dining area….lady at the door was very welcoming & pleasant.

Great little restaurant. I got a turkey sandwich, pickle and salad. The salad was good, I wish it didn’t have cheese on that but I know to ask next time for no cheese. The sandwich was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been to a few McAlister’s Delis over the years (including the original one in Lake Charles that closed down years ago, and this one is pretty much like all of them. The service is decent, food is pretty good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. This location is pretty small but that’s okay with me. Some of the tables could have used a wipe down but otherwise everything was fine.

We never even got the chance to order here. We spent 25 minutes waiting at the counter for our order to be taken (with 2 young kids in tow) and the staff members were standing around arguing because a cook was scheduled to get off at 2pm and he just left and walked out at 208 after telling his managers and coeorkers repeatedly that he needed to leave at 2. Then they didn’t know what customers needed what and who was gonna do what job. The tables were dirty. It was a complete waste of time even coming here. We loaded up in the car and left.

When my husband got in the cook, the cashier was sitting down since no customers were at the register. We ordered, with no other orders ahead of us, and it took over 20 minutes to get a sandwich and salad. The French dips tasted off like the meat was bad.

I placed my first order through Door Dash for McAlister’s on 3/3/22. My fiancé and I both ordered the choose 2 option. We each choose a sandwich and the ultimate nachos with our own preferences. We each received only half of our order. We both received our sandwiches (which were probably only correct because we had no edits to them) but no nachos for either of us. My sandwich bread was over baked and borderline burnt.

I got the McAlister’s club wrap and it was the best sandwhich I have ever eaten anywhere. It was the very first time I had ever been to a McAlister’s and I will be back. Everything was so fresh and delicious including the fresh fruit I got as a side. I give this restaurant an A+ in freshness and taste.
