I would like to say this is a very enjoyable sandwich deli to eat at. Excellent attention to detail on each the sandwiches I’ve ordered up to this point. The restaurant is very clean and parking was no problem outside.

The food is ok the service of their entire staff is horrible. The lady sitting in a chair taking orders had unpleasant energy. The way they have things structured is very outrageous. It took me 30min to get my order 2 sandwiches and a salad. Even though they food is good this is the last 42 dollars that this establishment receives from me.

This location is horrible. I came in person and ordered 3 sandwiches to go. The guy at the counter needs serious retraining. He got my sandwich wrong so then it was made improperly in the back as well. I asked for and was charged for avocado yet received none on my sandwich. I called the location and spoke with 2 different managers I believe 1 was named Regina she took my email and said that the GM would email me a voucher to make it right. That never happened! These people need to seriously work on their customer service. How do you get an in person order wrong?!

The kids menu is nice in that it offers different choices like French bread pizza, chicken broccoli bowl, and baked potatoes. These kids meals are very well priced as well!

The Maplewood location is what I am speaking about. The food was good. The counter service was good also. The problem was the many dirty tables. The place wasn’t that busy. Yet, no one wanted to clear the table. My dining partner thought his plate was not cleaned from before. An unclean environment may lead one to believe that everything is dirty.

The cashiers have horrible customer service! Absolutely no care for a customer’s experience. Do better McCallister’s. Whoever owns this location you should know that it will not be in operation in another year if you do not improve customer service! The phone is never answered when you try to call in an order.

Agree with others regarding the lack of customer service skills. Ordered a sandwich with gluten free bread but someone in the kitchen yelled “we don’t have gluten free bread” and someone walked out to the front to change my order but did not explain or apologize. So I don’t know if they just don’t do gf bread at that location or were out that day. So, I got a spud max instead but was confused when I discovered a pile a bacon strips just sitting under the melted cheese instead of chopped bacon. Overall just an odd vibe that felt like we were bothering them by coming in.

This location refused to serve the proper sandwich to me with my choose two. I asked for a New Yorker and spud. The spud was great. The sandwich was severely lacking. For an extra $1.50 up charge I got a 4 inch section of bread missing one of the two meats that comes on the sandwich. When I asked for a replacement sandwich with the proper meats on it, they handed me mine back with the second meat lazily slapped on.

please avoid. I placed a catering order and then needed to add to it. I called the location and after going back and fourth for over 15 minutes they told me to call in the morning and they would add to it.

You can tell they are short staffed. I’ve never had my online order actually be ready by the time I arrive. My only complaint is that they were so rushed trying to keep up with orders that my order was sloppily put together and definitely skimped on the cheese aside from just sprinkling the top layer.
