This place just can’t get it together! Went to get a replacement order today and it’s still wrong! Potatoes are old, meat is burnt! Unsweetened tea when I asked for sweet, I asked for EXTRA butter and guess what, I got NO BUTTER! Worse McAlister’s I’ve ever been to! Threw the whole thing in the garbage! Just horrible!

My boyfriend and I never really had a “date” at a restaurant before, and we’ve been together for about a year so this was actually the first time we ever sat down and ate together at a restaurant. For someone who’s a picky eater, my boyfriend devoured their food. We had a wonderful time. Very casual, clean, and delicious food. Attentive and friendly staff. We actually can’t wait to go back!

I just wanted to share that I have lived in Elgin 6 years now and I have finally tried this place because I had a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon and all I can say is – WOW. This is the first takeout order in a long time that was simply delicious. Fresh ingredients, great portion sizes (you get your money’s worth DEF), and great service! My order was correct at the window, and I didn’t even have to double check everything. This place is WAY better than Panera in my opinion and I 100% recommend you try them out! Once you do, you will be coming back! And the sweet tea was delicious!!! Not overly sweet , just perfect! Thank you McAlister’s for a great first experience !

Delicious food and clean restaurant with great staff. We had the Reuben sandwich, Caesar wrap, Broccoli cheese bread bowl, and Chef salad. The bread bowl was under $7 and massive. The salad too big to finish.

Great place for lunch. The food is great every time we stop by. You can also order out via a third-party vendor. I enjoy their version of pick 2. The restaurant is in front of Wal-Mart on Randall rd. Very visible when driving down Randall Rd. I usually enjoy the chicken sandwich, which is light and delicious.

I went through the drive through. I informed the person at the window that I ordered a different side, she said, ” No you didn’t”. I bought the 2 meals and then just added the additional side I wanted. Not happy that she wanted to argue with me.

I love McAlister’s with all my heart. Their food is amazing, healthy, and great for anytime. I recommend the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl or a McAlister’s club sandwich with their famous sweet tea. They even give you an option of “choose 2”. When you can’t decide what you want from the huge menu, you can get choose 2 which give you an option to get half of one thing and half of the other. Definitely my favorite restaurant.
