Good atmosphere. You can take a seat and order from the app. They are well-staffed. The management and team was very attentive and responsive when an elderly woman fell during my visit. The food was good. Especially the broccoli soup. I was hoping for a bit more meat on my club sandwich though. Oh, and the drinks are huge. Will go again.

Food was DELICIOUS!! My husband and I went inside and ordered from the table APP. Took about 20min to receive. Chicken Tortilla Soup was PERFECT. Spicy. Yummy! The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars was the service. Not one person was smiling or happy to be there, rude and short with myself and other customers. Not a good look being a new store in town. But the food was PERFECT. We decided not to let the workers bother us and ruin our lunch so we left and ate in our car.

Very skimpy on salad extras. Barely any berries. Have had issues before at this location. Doesn’t seem to get any better.. if I am paying $12 for a salad dress it up like it shows in the pictures..

I really don’t have anything negative to say about this place. I had a chicken salad with candied pecans. The chicken was warm and seasoned well, not bland at all. Service was great and the staff was friendly, attentive and eager to please. Would definitely go back.

I was happy to discover they have one of these in Owosso! We stopped through for some sandwiches on a little road trip. Everything was very tasty! I do wish we could fill up our own drinks, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

All the hype… It was ok. The Tomato Bisque soup was ok. Almost tasted either old or over heated, or both. Sandwiches were OK but nothing to write home about. I guess I was expecting a Schlotsky Sandwich (part of McAlister’s) which are awesome! The girl taking our order was pretty lifeless and must have been nearing the end of her shift. Our first time there and felt like we were left on our own to figure things out. Maybe we’ll try one of the potatoes next, but as for the sandwiches, probably not.

This is the 4th time I’ve gotten a sandwich to go and it looks awful there’s meat on half my sandwich, lettuce on half as well and it’s just such terrible service when it’s to go!!!! Do better!!! Last time my meat wasn’t even on my sandwich! It was just in the wrapper next to the bread.
