I’ve gone here a ton of times. Usually have good experience. However, waited an hour and 15 minutes for my mobile order. Wasted so much gas. Just for them to come tell me they never found it in system and sorry will refund it. How can you refund if it’s not in system? Showed my confirmation number, time, right address. Just kept saying don’t know why it’s not in there sorry. Basically told me didn’t want to mess with my order or trying to figure it out we’re too busy. Waited that long for nothing. They weren’t interested in making it right or figuring something out, will never be back.

Tried to order just half sandwich with chips and was told no by cashier. I’ve done it before a few times at this location. So now you have lost my business. I can’t eat a full sandwich from your place. Portions are too large. Very unhappy.

Not busy at all. Had the chicken salad sandwich on WHEAT toast toasted with sea salt chips. When the sandwich was brought to me, it was on WHITE toast . The guy said I thought you said white. He politely took it back and had it re-made. When he brought it back, it was PERFECT!! No one ever came around for drink refills or check on any tables. Had to go up to counter to get refills.

I have been to a lot of different locations. This is my new favorite McAlister’s! The staff is so kind and amazing. They give awesome recommendations. The manager came by to ask how my dinner was, and even let me know about similar options (wraps instead of sandwiches) and we discussed options for people with dietary restrictions too! If I could give 6/5 stars I would!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Ordered a full sandwich and only received half. The half sandwich we received was ridiculously small. Last time I went the servings were about half of what they typically are. Two bad experiences in a row is going to make me stop coming. Unfortunately I love the food.
