I ordered a Caesar salad and there was no Caesar dressing on my salad. I am very disappointed because I use to work at the Hamilton Town Center location and I’ve never had this bad of food before. McAlister’s has gone downhill and I feel like the employees don’t even care.

30 minutes for my order , while listening to the manager berate the workers. Very unhappy to say the least. By the time the pick 2 come out both halves of my my sandwich was cold from setting on the counter the whole time because they were too busy arguing. Disgusting

I love McAlisters, but this one is extra special because of the serve your own tea station. The Best! Every McAlister’s should do that. The service here is also great for both dine-in and takeout. The lunch rush can be packed, but the food is always good.

This location is going downhill. I did the pick 2 for carry out tonight and this is what the half chicken caesar wrap looked like. The most pitiful looking wrap I’ve ever seen. Not to mention they forgot the pickle (again like always) which really sucks when you’re pregnant and have a craving. If you’re going to ask on the online order if you want a pickle then the employees should make sure to read the order!

Only reason this place doesn’t get a 1 star because they have good tea. I order from here weekly and from how it’s been jus getting worse and worse. i order a 4 cheese griller and i’m looking at 2 pieces of bread with 3 slices of cheese and a pile of shredded cheese jus sitting inside the sand which. not warm, no where even near melted.

It is a great place to get food. Even when we were there on a busy Sunday afternoon the line went through pretty quickly. Pretty good food actually very good food, a very good selections, similar to Panera’s but I think just a tad better. Panera’s is good this is just a little bit better I think.
