This is our second time at McAlister’s and both times have been at this location and it is great. They have some really tasty sandwiches and their macaroni and cheese is yummy too! Their iced tea reminds me of my mom’s sun tea from when I was young, and is refreshing and delicious. They are decently priced and have great choices for the kiddos. Our order was correct both times, and customer service was quick and friendly.

Above and beyond!!! I just have to say how absolutely amazing the employees are at this location!!!!! I placed a catering order for my sister‘s bridal shower at Mcalisters and not only was the ordering super easy and affordable but everything was delicious and they went above and beyond by including SEVERAL SURPRISES that was not ever expected!! I never informed them that it was for a bridal shower, I only requested that they label my sister’s order “bride” since she is the only one that’s vegetarian. Upon opening the box that had most of the order, the bottom of the box was layered with white petals, pearls and jewels! Not only that, they included a huge container of white wedding M&Ms that were never requested AND they gave my sister a white sleep mask that said “bride” on it! We were all completely surprised and couldn’t stop talking about how amazingly nice it was that they did all of that!! Like what other restaurant would do all of that??? I cannot say enough good things about them for going out of their way to make the day incredibly special!!! You guys are rockstars!

Average sandwiches, great specials, good service and plenty of space to sit. I would compare this to Panera, but better especially since Panera has gone down hill in quality of food and price increases.

First time at Mcalisters. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant it’s self was clean and cute. Our food was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend this place for sure.

I really enjoyed this place! The menu is pretty good size with alot of options & customizable. Staff is nice, and the dining areas are very clean with alot of room. Prices aren’t exactly cheap, but with that being said, the ingredients are definitely fresh. I had the choose 2 lunch where you can get a half sandwich & soup or salad. I had the Smoky chicken on Ciabatta with Broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich had sweet bbq sauce on it which was tasty, but the star was the soup…amazing. They even have stuffed baked potatoes which looked delicious. Definitely recommend!

i came in last night after working a long shift at work and we were greeted by a worker at the front saying we close in 15 minutes to us. I understand coming in close to shut down it can be annoying i get it. We ordered two orders of wraps one with chicken one with turkey. After we went to our car and started eating we noticed right away how much of a downgrade the food was. We would come to McAllister‘s all the time and be happy with our food each and everytime. This time it just wasn’t it like i said i was being understanding with the lady up front mentioning the time of close but for the food to taste dry and awful there’s no excuse. There wasn’t even our favorite passion tea anymore. Very disappointed in a place i throughly enjoyed at one point.

Had great expectations based on their menu, but very disappointed with the actual food. We got nachos, a King Club sandwich with mac n cheese as the side, a strawberry walnut salad, and two drinks. The nachos (cheese sauce, jalapenos and diced tomatoes): cheese sauce was gummy and not very hot, tomato bits were almost unidentifiable, but nice jalapeno slices. Sandwich was okay, but the bread didn’t hold up. Would have been better on a hoagie roll instead of thin, soft, sliced bread. I thought the deli meat had a refrigerator taste. Mac n cheese was paste and Luke warm. The elbow pasta was so buried in paste that you couldn’t see it. Salad was good. My coke from the self-service station was weak on syrup. Drinks are very large cups, but cost almost $4.

When they first opened it was a great place to eat. Tonight was the worst experience! There was one person taking orders, there was someone else more concerned about sweeping a floor mat than serving the food that was ready to be served. We waited for over 20 minutes to get our food and then it was wrong. I used to like eating here but I don’t think I will be back.

Omg people, just look at that baked potato, it’s thicc! I came on opening day after seeing so many ads on Facebook and I was so pleasently surprised by how good the food is and how nice the people are. The employees were really on point and it didn’t seem like they were learning as much as they had been doing this job for years. My portions were huge for a reuben and baked potato, my wife got the pick 2 sandwich and soup and the soup seemed a little small, but the baked potato more than made up for that. I would highly recommend coming here and I plan to come back many more times.
