Ebony is the best and the sweetest, she helped us with a larger party for a celebration from start to finish! She was available to answer questions and always checked on us (during their busy lunch rush at that)! Our Sandwich trays were available at the time requested and all other condiments were brought over as well. Sharon, Janihy, and Tommy were also very helpful in assisting our larger party with bringing over other ordered items quickly and with a smile. We can’t wait to return! Thank y’all!

The food was good when we finally got it. They only had 4 people working, and they were filling online orders first. We were told it would be 25 minutes at least before we got our food. A lot of people walked out. It will be interesting to know how much business they are losing by this practice.

Ordered carryout and got 2 choose 2 the broccoli and cheddar soup wasn’t great and the salad was blah I should’ve gotten a whole sandwich and spud those were the only ones that were good. The sweet tea wasn’t good, and my starwberry lemonade barely had any strawberry mix in it. My pickup experience was awesome, Tori and Ebony were great cashiers. They had excellent energy, and they sold me on cheesecake.

I had the pleasure of going to McAlister’s on Tuesday. A young hostess by the name of Sharon S. greeted me and made sure that my meal was to my liking. This location has the nicest staff! They are very gracious and make every effort to make sure the service is excellent. I mean this as a compliment because they even give Chick-fil-a a run for their money on service with a wonderful attitude. The food is good. My wife always gets French Dip and loves it. I tried the horseradish roast beef and cheese, which could have had more beef on it but that’s my opinion anytime I order a sandwich with meat on it. The regular priced kids meals are the best priced in the city with an under $3 and an under $4 option that includes drink and cookie. The other couple we ate with had huge salads and loved them. I walked out wondering why we don’t eat there more often?
