Very Rude customer service , I loved going there for the sandwiches with honey mustard & when I informed the girl that it didn’t have any & my receipt said it, she said hers didn’t say it but refused to show me her receipt when I wanted to show her mine, also I had to drive 20 mins back to get the sandwich that she remade only for the crew to think it’s funny to put it in the tray & put so much mustard that my sandwich was soaked from it & then pickles all in tray I have the pictures of so sad the service is so bad !!!

The salads are great! We did have one salad we picked up to go recently though that was missing it’s chicken and we didn’t know that until we got home. My wife did the feedback option on the receipt and it was quickly remedied by either the company or this particular location. I look forward to my next salad!

I stopped in with a group of high school girls who have never been here before. They loved it! I have a severe gluten intolerance and McAlister’s went above and beyond to make sure there wasn’t any cross contamination. The food was great and the girls loved it!

They really dropped the ball on my order. I still rated them a 5 star for the way it was handled after the fact. Lauren really went above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction. She offered for us to receive two meals, drinks, and desserts. I chose only to receive the food I originally ordered and I bought a dessert. Thank you very much for taking that extra step to make sure we were happy. I will be back.

I travel all the time for work and it’s hard to find fresh and healthy food. The chicken and pecan berry salad was great. Real spinach, strawberries and blueberry’s plus the Turkey and guacamole sandwich hit the spot. Had a brownie too. Gotta treat yourself right when you eat on the road.

The first time I ate here was in Tupelo Ms and I ordered the Savanah Salad man it was so wonderful and fresh. So when I got back home I started looking for one close to me and Cleveland Tn had yes I went and got two more salads and they were wonderful. If you are wanting a really good salad check them out I promise you will not be disappointed

Thoroughly disappointed. Their “nachos” were bare chips with a side cup of cheese dip and a small cup of about 8 jalapeño slices. The chicken wraps were bone dry with an occasional pocket of dressing that overpowered everything. The salad was huge, but not good at all. Barely anything besides greens and raw red onion, even though it had chicken, corn, tomato and black beans on it, these were few and far between. Don’t understand the hype.
