The gentleman working Front Counter was very helpful in picking out my Lunch that day with my particular allergies. I was pleasantly surprised & my food looked amazingly delicious!

We usually eat there on Sunday and typically get the same meal. The food is always very tasty and well prepared. But the difference is the people. The staff are manager treats us like friends and they enjoy helping us. We always enjoy eating there, even though we get takeout more frequently than eating in.

It’s been awhile, but I have ate at McAlisters for many years. The food was always fresh, very good, and the service was as well.

Best Reuben sandwich I’ve had in years. Only issue I had was the tip shaming at the register. I don’t typically tip when i have to go to register to place my order, but how could I say no to the sweet young girl behind the register?

Food was as expected, nothing extraordinary. Service was decent, but there was a minor oversight with my drink order—I mentioned it to the server, but it was not added. The server also seemed unaware of some menu items I inquired about. Atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, an average experience.

Sloooow and poor quality/quantity. Waited 10 minutes to order. 4 people ahead of me, 1 cashier. 21 minutes to get food at lunch. 31 minutes total until food on table. You have to choose a table before you order or look around while ordering to choose a table number, really inconvenient and odd. After 31 minutes check the photo to see my sweet chipotle chicken sandwich. More like a chicken flavored sandwich than a chicken sandwich. Not going back.

The food was COLD. We placed a to go order and I ordered a veggie spud. The potato was cold and black on the bottom. None of the veggies were cooked and were cold and they gave me a cup of totem that was a solid chunk—cold. The potato tasted very stale, too. My husband’s sandwich was on stale bread and smelled terrible. Completely inedible.

Ordered the spicy southwest chicken sandwich and the avocado in it was BLACK and rotten and smelly. I’ve worked in the food industry and anyone could have visibly seen that the avocado was without a doubt rotten. But instead they proceeded to slice it and put it on my sandwich and then served it to me. I ordered it for delivery so I’m genuinely wondering if perhaps they did it knowing I wouldn’t be able to immediately return it and ask for a full refund. I proceeded to eat part of my sandwich because I’ve been sick with the flu and haven’t gone grocery shopping so I didn’t have anything else to eat but here is a picture. I literally cried bc I’d been looking forward to this sandwich and I love avocado but this is just not edible

I have not been to one in years but I knew it is good. They don’t have the muffuletta anymore. But the Italian is definitely good.

This McAlister’s is great minus the tall skinny girl that works up front. She couldn’t be more rude. Terrible attitude.
