Great spot ! So glad we found one near home . Food was great ! Nice a fresh . Great kids options too . Not too expensive . Abbie at the counter is a hard worker and very polite . The cook with neck tattoos was super courteous and nice . We were pleased with food and service !

Came for lunch it was quit nice and quiet. When you order food and dining in they give you a number and you seat yourself. Food was well plated and food came out nice and hot. Food was delicious. I had the pick 2 Cesar Salad and BLT+A

..if you are ever in the Ft. Walton area and cannot decide where to eat, please do yourself a favor and stop by this deli. It is one of the best kept secrets in this town and has amazing food, comfy ambience (huge location by the way) and extraordinary service. The sandwiches, spuds and quality of food makes you want to come back.

Very disappointed in this location. No cleaning of tables, service was absolutely horrible, peoples food has been sitting on the counter for 30-40 minutes. Then proceeded to do the same for ours, while employees where outside simply not performing basics. But this is just the standard of acceptance. The cooks however where on point and did their jobs.

This is for the amazing quality of customer service. The Manager Michelle was very outgoing, polite, and professional. She was very easy to talk to and made the whole experience a true pleasure. She made sure that everything was done right and to my request. Made to the finest detail. Very sweet and absolutely made a very good impression. I very rarely post reviews, especially on Google, but I feel the quality of my experience was worth far more than just taking the time to write a review. As long as Michelle works at this establishment, expect me to be a returning customer. 10/5 stars!!!

I would rate them 10 stars if I could. My family went in one day and they were incredibly short staffed but despite that they gave us amazing service. Duran, Maddi, and a lady whom had nice green hair (can’t remember her name) gave the best service I’ve had in a long time! Go check them out!

Great customer service. Manager Michelle was very outgoing, professional, and friendly. She ensured my order was made to my specific request. That was only my second time at a McAlisters and will definitely make a point to go to this particular if the service provided today is the norm.

I’m not sure what has happened to this place. I’ve been gone for a few years and always liked it, but it seems to have fallen apart. They are out of half the menu and don’t tell you until you try and order something. They aren’t busy and I’ve been waiting on my relatively small order for 40 min and counting. The discourse in the store is very public for all patrons to see and hear. Doubt I’ll be back.

I stopped in for lunch here over the weekend and had a very pleasant experience. I was acknowledge and taken care of quickly and adequately. Michelle was helpful with choosing menu options that would be Type 1 Diabetic friendly. She answered any questions I had.
