This was our first time ordering meals. There was a problem with Tmobile Tuesday’s discount, but mgmt. overrode the issue & honored the coupons. Our orders were fresh and prepared quickly. EVERYTHING was delicious!! We will DEFINITELY eat here again!! I took pics of 2 of our orders, but not my nachos since it wasn’t assembled due to being to go orders.

It was our first and last time going here. First we told them it was the first time we had been here. Then I ordered the McAllister’s Club. The girl asked me to pick a side. I asked if soup was included as a side. She said yes. I ordered a cup of soup. and my husband ordered a bowl of soup. We also ordered a $6.99 Nacho Basket. We were charged $41.99. We looked at the ticket and we were charged an extra $2.99 for the soup and an a up charge of $2.99 for the soup with my sandwich, and $9.99 for the nacho basket which is on the board for $6.99. There is no $9.99 nacho basket and even the Ultimate Basket was $9.29 not $9.99. They refunded the difference on the basket but not the up charge on the soup. Then my husband noticed they had automatically put $6 tip on our order which we had not approved. He went and asked them to refund this as well. Our final corrected bill was $31.50. Needless to say we won’t be back. This was an awful experience!!!

I had the most delicious salad here better than anywhere I have eaten in Columbus. I will no longer go anywhere else. It was big portions, enough for 2 meals. The 2 salad dressings I tried & used both because they were so good. Is now my favorite & go to place to get my salads. My salad was the Southwest Grilled Chicken & Avocado Salad.

the food was delicious, compliments to the chief. i went in before going to work for some relax , chill time and it was amazing. i love the music, wasn’t too loud nor too low. the set up is very nice. 10/10 would recommend!!

So I fell in love with McAllister years ago and many other location have been underwhelming. Not this one. This store was very quick to place our order and the staff was friendly. While it did take about 10 minutes for our order to come to the table, it was 100% accurate, right temperature and tasted amazing. The tea was good as well and I am very picking about tea. I look forward to trying this McAllister’s again.

It’s been years since I’ve been to McAlister’s. We decided to try it as we wanted some light after a hot day. Pleasant interior, clean and relaxing. Ordered and food came out promptly, everything was fresh and delicious! One of our party got a 1/2 McAlister club and half a regular salad. The salad was huge! Enough to share leftovers . I got the Orange Cranberry Club. It was so good! It’s their original club with a yummy orange cranberry sauce instead of honey mustard. I was savoring every bite! Assistant Manager Terrance was awesome and patient with us while we figured out what to order. All the staff we met were kind and courteous. They were out of potatoes, so we didn’t get to try the spuds. However, it was about an hour before they closed so not a deal breaker for us. Already making plans to go back!

I’m not one to give bad reviews since I usually pick my place to eat very carefully, but this I must share. As a group of teachers, we ordered food together. Two out of the five orders were wrong. After calling the manager, he states that “It doesn’t come with the guacamole or sour cream” Unfortunately, he couldn’t find any excuse for the chewable plastic that came in the meal. Be careful out there.
