I normally the McAlister’s Club, but this time all I really got was bread. I waited 45 minutes just to get bread and a slice of turkey and a slice of ham. This is the first and last time I dine at this location. I am leaving hungry and have to go somewhere else to eat. There are many places to eat and I choose here to eat. I know I can cross this off my list to never eat again. Poor service and lack of proper servings. Save yourself the time and aggravation either drive to a different location or eat somewhere else.

First time eating here and would go back. Decent variety in the menu and there is a pick 2 half and half options for salads, soups, etc. The potatoes are ginormous! I wasn’t expecting it to be a foot long. There weren’t enough toppings in the potato for the quantity of potato but we couldn’t finish it anyway. The salad was big and filling, the half sandwich was a little small but again didn’t need any more food. The roast beef isn’t pepper crusted. The food took a while to be prepared but did give me comfort they were making it fresh. The fresh lemonade was very sweet and would be better mixed with some water. The drink sizes are huge but we all downed our drinks. The restaurant had mostly to go orders during the hourish we were there (Saturday night at dinner) so it was pleasantly quiet.

These meals are way too expensive to not get what you ordered! I ordered a pick 2 BLT-A with no tomato. Romaine instead of spring mix and a potato soup. My sandwich had spring mix and tomatoes along with a special plastic string mixed in the sandwich (at no extra charge)! The potato soup was like water!! Been to many McAlisters and this one is consistently by far the worst!

Workers are always very nice and polite. However, the last couple times I’ve been the food is prepared poorly. I did a “choose two” and this wrap is barely a quarter of a full wrap. It has one inch of torn cheese and a tiny amount of meat. I mean come on… this is just pathetic to call a half of a wrap. It’s barely half of the ingredients that should of been in this “half wrap”. It was folded over on itself so my first bite was all tortilla and a piece of lettuce (only 1 bite taken before photos). Waste of money. Disappointing to spend money for this size portion.

If I could zero stars I would. First I tried to do an online order, but it was down. So I ended up calling my order in, having to speak with 2 different people. Why? I have no idea. I ordered a Rachel sandwich, with a side garden salad, and a regular chefs salad, with avocado and multicolored seared peppers. All of which was repeated to me after placing the order. I placed my order around 6pm. It was picked up around 6:30pm. I get back to the job and look in the bag only to find that I have a grilled chicken salad, with dark brown avocado, nasty and looks like it was straight from the garbage, and it didn’t have my multi-colored peppers. Only large purple onions. I called to the store to let them know that I have the wrong salad with old dark avocado on it! She stated that those were the only avocado they had, which was sent to them earlier that morning for them to prep with. First off common sense should tell anyone that if your vegetables are not fresh throw them away instead of trying to brush your nasty old veggies on to paying customers. I will not be ordering from them again! Teach your employees to care about the customers a little more! The owners should be ashamed of themselves! Inspection is really needed of that place!

We stopped in after at th endinf a book signing close by and the place was very clean and had a great open space layout. we ordered the French Dip and the Chipotle Bacon cheddar Spud and 2lemonades. the cashier was so nice and helpful, she was a young lady with braids pulled up and a great smile. Ler me tell you about this GIANTTTT baked potato,just wow, amazing! Some people sat outside on the patio and others pulled up in their golf cart and sat in other tables spaced out from us. This location was clean, and friendly.

Inconsistent and unreliable is how I’d sum up our Sunday experience. We come here most Sunday’s after church, and every single time we come here, the experience is different. We order the nacho basket every time as an appetizer, and each time we request for the cheese dip to be on the side and not smothered over the chips. Sometimes we get it the way I ordered and sometimes we don’t. I’ve always ordered my son a kids turkey toastie, and sometimes it comes with turkey and sometimes it is ham. And sometimes the kids meal comes with a cookie like the menu states, and sometimes it doesn’t. The sweet tea is either way too sweet or just right. I never know if it needs to be ordered as is or half and half. Like I said initially, the experience is always inconsistent, and nothing is more frustrating than having to send something back for it to be corrected the way it was ordered. When you go to a restaurant, you want consistency in the meals, right?
