Food wise everything is great. I’ve never had a bad meal from here. The service and dinning room however is a different story. Wait time to order has always been long and waiting for the food to arrive to our table even longer. Everytime I walk in the dining room is covered with dirty tables and no employees upfront. They all come out from the back eventually. There’s not many places to sit because all the tables have leftover food and dirty plates on them. No one wants to eat next to someone’s else’s trash and leftovers. I saw one employee clean off ONE table the whole time I was there and by clean off he just grabbed the leftover plate and walked away. No wipe down whatsoever. This will be my final time eating in at McAlister’s of Rome.

Absolutely horrific service. Food is good but over 30 minutes to get a sandwich is unexcusable. This place does not understand first in first out. I should have know service would be lacking when it took 10 minutes just to be greeted.

Ooops! I think they forgot us! Took a half hour to get our dine in order, 2 sandwiches, we asked how long till ready, got it 5 minutes later. Another customer had to ask for hers too. I had the BLT-A, DELICIOUS! Scott had a Rueben, we didn’t realize ” spud chips” was a glorified name for a bag of chips, I reccomend ordering a different side. If we go back, we will not order sandwiches most likely, we will try the stuffed potatoes.

This was my very first time eating at McAllister ‘s! So I was feeling kind of azy so I decided to do a online order. Their menu online was easy to look at but it was kind of hard to understand what was actually ordered and put into the cart because it seem like it asked the same question twice and yet nothing was in my cart. So when I finally get it ordered and I check out. (I ordered a club sandwich with the chicken tortellini soup(which taste like a chicken taco cheesy soup ) and a dill spear) So I was instructed to pull up to the ordering screen and pick my name to let them know that I had arrive… That part was super simple and the ordering screen was really big and so were the names. So I picked my name and pulled around to the window..After receiving my food I pull over to make sure everything that I ordered was there and it was not! The sandwich that I clicked online and the little square that I checked to get a dill pickle Obviously doesn’t lead to the right thing…. What I ended up getting was a half of a sandwich which was a very small sandwich no pickle and I got the right size soup…. The sandwich had two pieces of bread with only lettuce and tomato and two pieces of bread with the meat and the cheese… so basically I feel like The portion size was exaggerated on the menu online. You only actually get a half of a sandwich…. that is half of a small sandwich…And it does not tell you that on the website ……but other than that the food is great it was so very tasty everything was fresh! I always enjoy my food when I do order from here. However, every time I order a sandwich it’s always something missing especially an avocado or a slice of cheese. And it’s never enough condiments on the sandwich either. Idk if the kitchen staff just gets confused once you start to customize it but it’s all the time.

Great Menu, Large portion sizes. It was a little over for $20 for 2 orders of “Pick 2” and drinks. They are generous with the meat on the sandwiches! Sweet Tea was acceptable by Georgia Standards. We ordered 4 halves, listed in the order of preference…
