How was the food, don’t know. I attempted to place an order online but the app wasnt able to complete an order. After nearly 45 mins trying to get to the end only to see the entire order get wiped out when I tried to get a total. So I attempted to call in an order but was hung up on by someone at the restaurant. I had to settle for fast food.

The young lady that took and brought our order was courteous and helpful when I had questions. The menu has calories listed which is a mist for me right now. A variety of flavors with a perfect easy to follow menu. Their menu has enough choices but so many that you feel like you need a head start to figure it out.

This is our go-to restaurant in Greenwood when we want a yummy lunch on the quick side. They have DELICIOUS French Dip Sandwiches and I love their chicken salad as well. My kids are pretty picky but love this place. It’s always clean, quick, and our order is always correct. The only thing i really wish was a bit better is the customer service. Sometimes the person taking our order is nice, other times I have had a server roll their eyes or sigh as though we were taking up their time when they’d rather be doing something else.

We are new to the area and decided to stop here for dinner one evening. Although I enjoyed my potato soup and chopped salad, my husband’s club sandwich was a joke. There was literally one thin slice, or rather thin wedge of turkey, one very, very, small wedge of ham, one small slice of cheddar and one slice of swiss. The rest of the sandwich comprised lettuce and a few small pieces of tomato. For a $10 club sandwich, we expected much more. A good club sandwich is usually stuffed with meat and cheese. Obviously, we will not be returning.

Went 2 weeks ago after 3 months of not going because the last time we went in June, this place was a whole mess. When we went back in October, it was a little better but still not as good as it used to be. We ordered and it took 30 minutes to get our food and the place wasn’t even packed. I ordered potato soup and they forgot to bring it out twice and when they did, it was cold and very soupy. We also ordered the nacho basket and they brought out a different kind of dip with the nachos that we didn’t even order! The people that used to work here needs to come back because this place is getting worse ♂️

First impression walking in, immaculately clean! Staff was friendly and patient while my sister and I figured out what we were ordering. We both ended up settling on the Mcalister club. I held the mustard. It was delicious, bacon cooked perfectly. From start to finish the process was easy and our food was presented in a timely fashion exactly as ordered. The restaurant is reminiscent of old time deli’s. We’ll definitely be back. There’s a lot of menu options and we’re going to try them all!

The food tasted good but the sandwiches had the bare minimum of meat. I guess that was because i ordered to-go…as someone who has been there for dine in as well it was not the same quality and i spent $30 on lunch for 2 people.
