I ordered pick up lunch at this location – the spicy Turkey melt. There was not any bacon on the sandwich and the top part of the baguette was so burnt that I couldn’t eat it. I tried calling the location to see if I could get a refund or another order, but did not receive an answer or an option to leave a voicemail.

McAlister’s for the win! I was hoping to find a place here with excellent baked potatoes, salads, and sandwiches for our family. We used to frequent one in Tennessee before moving to SC, and I am so happy that there is one local here! We tried a different local place and the baked potatoes were terrible. Thank you McAlister’s for providing excellent food!

Sunday at 1pm, online ordering for takeout. These look like Fyre Fest sandwiches. So bad. Club sandwich with only meat and cheese – not toasted, no lettuce or tomato. Grilled chicken salad – no grilled chicken, they just threw in bacon. Store is undermanned so I took the food and left.

Online orders always wrong. I don’t know why i keep ordering from here. I guess i’ll learn someday, but it is often our last minute dinner choice. Probably order 2 times a month. They always get the order wrong. Even though its printed correct on the receipt. Whatever food comes with the order is usually decent enough i guess, but its a running joke in our family that it doesn’t matter what we order, they will get it wrong. Compare the brocolli we received vs what it looks like on the menu

We had takeout food from this McAlister’s Deli last night. I usually always get my favorite Sweet Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. I cut out bread though so I ordered the 1/2 salad and soup. As you can see in the attached photos, I ordered the Southwest Chicken salad and the Tortilla Soup. The salad was really good but the lime vinaigrette was amazing! The soup was also good even on a hot summer day. My wife had the club sandwich and the kids split the broccoli and chicken. The food was pretty good but I had to go back in once in the car because they forgot my tortilla soup. When we got home, we realized they forgot the kids fruit. So, kind of a mixed bag but I will probably order this same thing again.

It’s been a while since I have been in. McAlister’s and now I know why. Food was poor, the nachos had cheese with it that was cold, one French dip didn’t come with au jus and when we went to get it, it was cold. It is interesting that stores like this ask for tipping at the counter and then you get the food and service. Think about this, would you go to a fine dining establishment and give the person sitting you the tip money before your dinner, probably not but places like this that is what they want. This practice needs to stop. Pay your employees that is not my responsibility.

First time here and I’m a bit disappointed with the quality. The lettuce leaves on my sandwich were wilted and the avocado was brown- not fresh and green as it should be. The turkey and bacon were good. Portions seem small and not worth it for the price- I’d prefer Panera or Subway.
