Ate lunch there yesterday, extremely poor customer hospitality. My wife ordered a chicken club sandwich, the order brought out had bacon with the chicken. On religious beliefs she only eats chicken and fish no pork or beef. They took it back saying they we’ll make a new one, brought out put out less than 40 seconds. When asked if it was new they said yes. I have picture of the bread with the bacon marks, the Manager was invited, she offered no apology rather insisted it was tomato. We also pointed out to the rotting leaves in the salad and all she said was they try to pull out any bad ones and maybe this was overlooked. Very casual approach. I ordered a chicken salad, Quality and quantity served were quite less than what I’ve eaten here before. Just checked my bill while posting this review, I’ve been charged for a side salad that I wasn’t informed about. Wouldn’t wish to go back again and the experience tells much about whether I should recommend anyone else to do so. Sad

Club sandwich was tasty but what they first brought to the table was wrong. It took them an inordinate amount of time to bring us our corrected order. I would give 4 stars based on only the sandwich but the potato soup was thin, bland, and at room temperature

I had a club sandwich. Wife had blt w/ avocado. Food was great. Business seemed to be short staffed. But service was quick.

CONS: The price of the club sandwiches is pretty overpriced for bread that literally looks like I pulled it out of my Nature’s Own loaf at home. We ended up making a second order because my son wasn’t full from his $10 sandwich. Also, an employee was scrolling on their phone behind the checkout counter. PROS: The broccoli cheddar soup is delicious. The cookies are large and great texture. I enjoyed the peach tea. VERDICT: Overall, I prefer Jason’s Deli or Panera because of amount of food for price.

Horrible folks here today. I called for the manager before coming. I was not able to speak to him. I was serve food with a very visible hair. The girl with blue hair and 2 other black girls were extremely rude to us. One with braids brought food to table and practically spilled over. They responded to her questions with rudeness and sacarsim. I am very disappointed in Jon who appears that he allows this type of disrespect to the customers. We who buy your food keeps you with your jobs. I will never come here again nor wil I participate in any more catering orders. We spend lots of money here. This will stop today. I will also call corporate to let them know as well.

If you believe the beautiful pictures of their food, you will probably like the place. However once you get your food with lackluster service and mumblers, you just want to ask for your money back and leave. They say they serve grilled chicken on their salads, it’s chopped chicken in minuscule portions on top of salad mix which a fourth of is old and rotting. The fruit was old. Bleh! Just yuck! I have eaten at other locations that were great. Not sure what the problem is here. Extremely disappointing. My Mothers’s salad looked like a side salad with maybe 2 oz of chicken she paid extra for. I wish we had just gone to Food Lion for a salad kit and picnicked!! Curious because other locations always had ample portions and fresh ingredients.

Yesterday I mobile ordered lunch for myself and 2 others. When I got there I checked my order to find that a sandwich was missing. I informed the lady behind the counter it was missing and she replied with “I put it in the bag” it was very obviously not in the bag. She then searched the bag herself, informed the people in the back it wasn’t there and they began arguing about if it was made and whether it was in the bag etc. I told the girl behind the register that if I couldn’t get the sandwich in a timely manner I would need a refund (I was picking lunch up for others who were on a lunch break); the other employee told the people in the back what I had said and the reply was “she’s gonna have to wait” and the girl behind the register didn’t even acknowledge my statement just gave me side eye and never got anyone for my refund. The person in the back then proceeded to make other sandwiches before my missing item, causing me to sit there for ten more minutes after my arrival. This is the second time I’ve been to this establishment and the second time we have received subpar service (the first time only half our meal was brought out and the other half was given to the wrong table). I won’t be returning and will be warning others about the service so they don’t get stuck dealing with the same issues.

Stood outside at 8:50 pm and the doors were locked. I called and watched them pick up the phone (looking through the window) and tell me they were “in the process of closing.” I asked why the doors were already locked then, to which the lady screamed “I’m the manager and I lock the doors when I want.” WILL NEVER GO BACK. Southern hospitality at its finest.
