Placed an order for 16 meals. When delivered the order was missing 7 items. When I called McAlister’s I was told that they gave those items to the delivery driver and there was nothing they could do. I called twice and spoke to the same woman and got the same response. I was then informed that they were busy and that she would have her manager call me, but before I could give her my phone number, she hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Order was placed through McAlister’s website. Waiting to see if I get a call back and compensation for missing items.

Order that cost $130 after the tip, taxes and delivery was added. We were missing parts of our order including the sour cream for the potatoes and the dressing for the salad. One of the potatoes, the box was crushed so much that part of the potato was on the lid. None of our drinks were delivered and the manager said we could come get it! Well if I wasn’t busy with MY job then I could come do yours! So no I’m not coming to get it!

I normally eat here several times out the week because it’s closer to my job. I order the McAlister club with no ham. But I be noticing that I don’t get a meat replacement for not ordering the ham on my sandwich. I get less turkey. I finally asked the staff if they give more turkey if someone doesn’t want the ham on the sandwich and he said no. That would be concerned a substitute. I said that is actually a rip off because I’m not getting 2 meats. I should get double turkey. Because McAlister doesn’t offer just a turkey sandwich. I am so glad I finally asked this question because I will go to Jason’s Deli or panera bread from here on out. They definitely offer a turkey sandwich.

Had an very unpleasant experience 2 days ago with the Manager. I work uptown and visit this location at least twice a week which means I spend a good amount of my lunch money at this location. The manager charged extra for each pump of strawberry syrup he put in my tea and over charged me for two when I only got one. Charged for extra dressing for the salad which you only get one. Also charged for chips with the tortilla soap. I use my app on every visit and never receive any coupons as well. The food a good but customer service isn’t.

I’ve only eaten here a few times, due to the long line and wait times during peak lunch hours. This location has a rather awkward footprint, so I always get my food “to go”. I’ve never had a problem until last week when I got back to my office to discover I had been given the wrong sandwich. I immediately called and the manager couldn’t have been more apologetic. She promised to refund my debit card and to still give me the correct sandwich if I had time to come back for it (which I didn’t). However, I’m disappointed to say I never received the refund which leaves me feeling leary of future service.

Great customer service! After my lunch order for 20ppl, was abruptly and unexplainable cancelled by DoorDash (claiming it was cancelled by the vendor when that was not the case) at 11am when my order was to be delivered around 12pm – 12:30pm, I called and spoke with Kristyn, who had not received the DoorDash order, but immediately offered to help. I was able to send her my order via email, and they had everything ready and labled (above and beyond) for me to pick up and feed 20 hungry folks. Thank you so much!!!

I love McAlister’s, but this location is mediocre at best. They are only open for a short time, which is fine but they never have enough staff. Wait times are extremely long- we have eaten there a few times and they always mess up or forget something. Sandwiches are often missing meats, veggies, cheese, and sauces. Mac and cheese has been burnt both times we ordered. Not a fan of this location
